Curt was an absolute legend in getting my phone fixed!!nnIn what resulted in issues with repair and back and forth of going into the store, and warranty issues, Curt was able to make sure that he kept regular touch points and check in with me each part of the way to make sure that I wasn't upset about the issues that I was having. He also made sure to follow up afterwards to make sure that the phone was working as it should have perfect service.nnExceptional customer service I have not seen in a long time, Curt is your go to man.

Great experience and plenty of parking available right in front of the store. Kind and friendly staff.

The store is fantastic. I went there to look at different TV models. They have almost every flagship tv available. OLED, QLED, LED and so on. This home stores really is something else. The selection of products is made easy with popular models on show case. Easy to move around as well. So bright and shiny. Never going to any other JB HIFI stores from now on.

Although the items are same across all JB-HI fi, never seen such bad service in any centres.nnRudest female at the counter, not sure what’s the problem. No smile, took her own decisions to not give me receipt, arrogant when I tried to use gift card + card together. Looks frustrated for some reason in her life :nnThe store had only two customer in morning and it 10 mins to attend me.nnThe lady at the entrance provides no help as well. Shameful store.nnAnyways, the AirPods 4 bought here are nice.

terrible experience and customer service in this JB, came to pick up online order, i didn’t have my driver license with me , but i have clear scan copy in my phone , and i have ready for pick text message as well as email confirmation for online purchase. Also my wife was able to do facetime to show my license. Plus, i can show them my credit card transaction that shows exact purchased amount paid to JB. After all, the supervisor long hair guy still asked me for physical ID, i asked him if you can tell it is fake or real ID or if the shop has any scanner can test it, the answer is no. then it doesn’t make sense. I said if you must see my physical ID, then I may consider to cancel online order. At that moment, i thought online order has to be cancelled by myself via JB website. But Immidiately he cancelled my order without my consent/confirmation, and told me it is cancelled and you can go! without even printing me a refund receipt! My question to JB is if you are so strictly demand to see physical ID even i can provide  all info to prove the order is for me, how come the supervisor can cancel the order without checking physical ID ?? I can tell from his face he just wanted me to leave immidiately , not care my order. This shop has OVER staff, i feel staff works here not happy, i don’t understand why, usually it happen to place where understaff. Hopefully it will have some improvement
