Kellie who helped me print my daughter’s birthday party invitations today was fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful and fast. I had a great experience at the store. Thank you!
Rude and incompetent service from numerous staff, the worst being Emma in printing. Tried to print out a gift, it should have taken 10minutes at a maximum. It took 1hour 45! Reluctance to change toner, fill paper, and would not reprint or refund sheets that had black lines all down the pages from the printer. I will not go back. If I could give negative stars, I would.
The printing at this place has gone so far downhill over the last couple of years. I’ve studied architecture for the last 5 years and have been printing at officeworks the entire time, and they have been steadily declining. I used to be able to walk in and print any paper size, any quality on the spot, now I’m refused. I was able to print 9x A2 pages on standard paper this morning, but now that it’s the afternoon I’m limited to 2x A2 pages on standard paper??? Officeworks had become my last resort for printing, but now it’s not even a consideration.
Pretty useless for printing photos.nnWebsite said instant printing at store so I loaded them all via the website, but when I got there they said if I submit that way it will take 30 mins.nnSo I used the self service kiosk. It was painful and then the photos wouldn't print. So the staff had to print them for me. But then it was a 10-15 minute wait for the prints.nnTotal pain as I had the rest of the family with me waiting while this all happened.nnWould be faster to use an online service with postage.
Had difficulties fitting posters to a frame, Liam was incredible in helping us with this. He had a great customer service attitude and fixed all our issues and concerns. Thanks so much Liam and the officeworks carnegie team
