Good for F & P part I was after apart for a dual dish drawer and the price was very reasonable comparing it with Ebay. My criticism is of their Website which is pretty useless to search on. You need to search on other sites & though Google to get the manufacturers part number and phone them. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Very helpful and polite staff. Have had no trouble finding what I needed. Happy that the parts come with a warranty that you don't get online. Had my model number with me, and anything I needed was available, if they didn't have it they could get it in for me. Great.

PARK IN THE BACK! THE PARKING IN THIS AREA IS INSANE! USE GOOGLE MAPS STREET VIEW TO PLOT YOUR PATH BEFORE YOU LEAVE! From Murrumbeena Rd, take Neerim Rd NOT Railway Parade. Then immediately turn right into the very narrow lane way. There is parking down the lane way. From the street it's hard to see the lane way. And from the lane way its hard to see the parking. Use Google Maps street view to plot your way before leaving. Prices are the best. The staff support was excellent. On the phone they were polite and quickly found my part and told me it was in stock. When I showed up in person all were welcoming. They recognised my voice from the phone and politely and quickly retrieved the part. They instructed me on how to replace the part and showed me how to assemble with the actual part it fit into. And gave hints on how to disassemble. Couldn't have asked for better support. Except for a heads up about the parking. Be sure to ring ahead with make and model. I have my doubts regarding the authenticity of the negative reviews.
Every time I call the staff are so helpful. If they can't helpmeet with a part they always point me in the right direction. Thank you! Great customer service.

Anne was friendly and helpful. Even though she didn't have the part I needed, she gave me the part number so that I could source it online.
Well I can't speak highly enough of the staff , Especially the ladies,they have always been very accurate with the parts,their product knowledge is outstanding and their enthusiastic help and general tips are very much appreciated -Continue the great work Ladies.
The ladies in the Murrumbeena office were very nice to deal with. They were happy to follow up for me when there was an issue with delivery from Fisher & Paykel
Rude staff. Was told staff that they are more expensive Double the price compared to online westinghouse store as they provided advice and had the physical product onsite. Save yourself some time and an arguement and do the research online yourself as the staff were not very helpful.
