Such an awsome store with vast range of brands in phone's, computers, chargers, speakers, dvd's, accessories, lp records, tv's, electronic devices. The thing is that some staff are very knowledgeable like the guy in tv section when you can get a totally useless indian guy in ph section with no idea even how to put a sim card in a phone but he's the salesmen in that section, don't know why. So try to test the sales persons knowledge by asking some simple questions so you can get looked after better. Here the pricing is exceptional compared to other stores selling the same product, and listen to all reviewers as it all counts
I came into JB Hi-Fi to purchase an item at one of the front counters, but unfortunately the service I received was very disappointing. The staff member who served me was rude and dismissive, making the interaction frustrating rather than helpful. Instead of providing good customer service, they came across as annoyed and unprofessional. It made my shopping experience unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated. I hope the store can improve staff training to ensure better customer service in the future.
Today I went to JB again. There is a guy named Josh working in the TV department, he is a great consultant. I am very glad that I met him again, before that he helped me buy a Samsung TV 85, today at 8 pm this guy once again helped me buy a soundbar. Thank you for the good instructions on how to use the equipment, you are a professional in your field. I give 5 stars! Keep it up I will definitely come back
Disappointed with the service at JB Hi-Fi Chadstone. I was trying to ask about a product but couldn’t find any staff around to help. Multiple team members said they would send someone over, but I ended up waiting and wandering around for over 20 minutes with no assistance. It really felt like there just weren’t enough staff on the floor. Probably worth looking into staffing levels to improve the customer experience.
Worst customer service. Takes an hour for tax invoice and product. Forgetting to print it out. Talking very rudely the supervisor do not recommend coming. We have limited time and they talking very poorly. Doesn’t explain what’s the process properly and just all together bad service.
