Nice well laid out store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit hard to find sometimes. A good selection of car parts and accessories to choose from. They even offer a fitment service on some simple items. A lot of well known brands. Prices are usually fairly reasonable on most but not on all of the items.

I was there yesterday to get my roof rack and roof pod fitted. It was a 40 degrees day and one of the guy fitted it for me. I forgot to get his name but he was very helpful and fast at assisting me. Great service by everyone overall. Will definitely come back for future purchases!

It is rare that l give 5 stars for anything but the customer service from Bill at the Chadstone store was fantastic. He advised me about some wiper blades and then came out to my car and fitted them, just the best service. I hope management appreciate what an a great employee they have. Thank you Bill

Thanks so much to the friendly staff for helping me out a few times now. Previously Shannon gave some great advice and fitted a new battery for me after testing my old one. Again yesterday another team member Bill helped me upgrade my wipers. Will definitely be back for my next emergency thank you boys. Could not ask for better service.
