We dropped a new car off for first service the staff were lovely and very helpful. They were also great when we purchased it a few weeks previously. So sales and service l would highly recommend.

i was really looking forward to buy a car from them but decided not to get it because of the salesperson's attitude and arrogance. very disappointing. You cant buy a car from a person you dont trust or feel comfortable with.

Have had a great experience at Chadstone Ford today. Friendly people I think it was Moby I was dealing with, good sense of humour, and keen to listen. I will be back with two cars in the future. Lovely team of people, and great Service. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed when buying a car. The the whole experience was really enjoyable!
