I got to pick up my RAV4 last Friday and was beyond excited. I was prepared to wait for this worldwide delays as I’d had such a great experience with my previous Toyota. Huge thanks to Daniel who looked after me throughout the process. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He spent heaps of time showing me how everything worked having had an 11 year old car previously which had none of the accessories modern cars do there was a lot to learn!. First of all if you go for booking a vehicle in any other toyota the booking amount is 2k but here its just 1k. Staff here is very polite and are not in a hurry. They do not force you to buy anything extra. James is an absolutely wonderful person, he helped in every process to buy a vehicle and clearly informed me about the details and features of the vehicle. He made sure i get the vehicle as soon as it was available. During delivery of the vehicle he showed me all the features of the vehicle and explained how they work. Lee helped to get the best additional features for the car, which are helping me during my work. Thank you everyone for helping me and getting my car ready so quickly.
