I got to pick up my RAV4 last Friday and was beyond excited. I was prepared to wait for this worldwide delays as I’d had such a great experience with my previous Toyota. Huge thanks to Daniel who looked after me throughout the process. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He spent heaps of time showing me how everything worked having had an 11 year old car previously which had none of the accessories modern cars do there was a lot to learn!. Daniel was very patient and explained things well, and by the time I left I felt very confident in driving and managing my new car . Thanks to Daniel and Toyota Chadstone for a great experience.
I had a fantastic customer service experience from Daniel Paino, my sales representative at Toyota Chadstone. He was extremely professional, helpful and overall outstanding with his dealings with me. I was updated regularly by Daniel on the progress of when my car would arrive. He arranged a very enjoyable vehicle pick up experience and again, extended his professional style by going through the car with me in great detail. First of all if you go for booking a vehicle in any other toyota the booking amount is 2k but here its just 1k. Staff here is very polite and are not in a hurry. They do not force you to buy anything extra. James is an absolutely wonderful person, he helped in every process to buy a vehicle and clearly informed me about the details and features of the vehicle. He made sure i get the vehicle as soon as it was available. During delivery of the vehicle he showed me all the features of the vehicle and explained how they work. Lee helped to get the best additional features for the car, which are helping me during my work. Thank you everyone for helping me and getting my car ready so quickly.

I had an outstanding experience dealing with Chadstone Toyota. When I expressed interest in a vehicle they were very helpful and vigilant about assisting me - they were also very kind and transparent with me from the outset in terms of managing my own expectations re the vehicle, ownership and finance options. They put a premium on being trustworthy, clear communicators, and respectful to their customers. I dealt with Lee, Daniel and Jerry, and they were all extremely helpful at the various stages of my purchasing journey.
