I bought my car from here a few months ago and I can't recommend them highly enough! The staff I met were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to answer my MANY questions patiently and honestly. I am thrilled with the car that they helped me to choose - it suits me perfectly and I haven't had any problems at all. They offered a very good price and the car was IMMACULATE!!

Absolutely not happy to deal with business with these people. The sales manager is the rudest I've ever met, so rude, no manners and they don't care about their customers. Even their mechanics are horrible, no customer service whatsoever. They just prey on vulnerable people just to make money on useless cars that don't drive properly. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I love the way this organisation served me. I literally don't know any better car provider. After buying my first car in 2017 from The car Warehouse Oakleigh, I knew where to go in Melbourne. This is my second car now that I have purchased from this very company. I strongly recommend this car dealer shop. One stop for everyone to own a car. They have many options of cars. Me and my family have bought already 3 cars here and soon will buy another one for my sister. I bought a 2011 Toyota corolla from them in 2019. I was happy with the car. I drove it for 3 years and then sold the car to them. The whole experience of dealing with the gentlemen over there was smooth, professional and transparent. I would definitely recommend them. Wish them all the best :

The manager is very difficult to deal with. Can be very abrupt. The car I bought got through the roadworthy with a park brake that wasn't working, the one tyre had a plug put in on the edge of the side wall for a leak, the car got delivered without any rego on it was paid within an hour of me advising him and only 3 months rego paid instead of the 6 months as per contract refund paid to me after about 3 weeks. Did offer for me to take the car back to their mechanic where RWC was done but almost impossible with my work hours. Paperwork not filed properly with Vic Roads either until 3 weeks after purchase Just ensure that you know about cars and be firm if you are going to buy a car from here .

I went in today to look at a specific car and I was really impressed. The car was clean and well-presented. The salesperson was genuinely helpful, professional and not pushy. Offered to come with me on the test drive because I didn't know the area - but was equally happy when I wanted to go alone. He told me what he was offering and left it with me. Plus, when I mentioned an independent inspection, he was fully supportive, so you know they have faith in their cars - other dealers have actively discouraged me. In fact, my experiences with other dealers have been pretty negative - from acting like I was intruding to the point that I've actually apologised for the inconvenience of having a car pulled out for me to test drive; to some just being blatantly condescending and sexist; to others that have been so pushy and tried to sell me cars that were obviously not what I wanted. That really wasn't the case when I went into The Car Warehouse; it was a breath of fresh air. I don't know if I'll end up buying the car but it was one of the better experiences I've had at a dealer so I feel like they deserve a good review.
