A comedy of errors while purchasing a car. So much went wrong!! The Principal dealer ended up getting involved and offered us some compensation by way of servicing, reduced loan interest rate and tinting which was much appreciated. Our sales man and the finance department are in serious need of training but we eventually got our car 9 days and many dramas later.. Our faith needs to be restored in this dealership and since we've got 5 years free servicing with them I guess we'll see how it goes.. fingers crossed!

Unbelievable Service Level 😡 Booked for the airbag replacement in advanced. Arrived at 9:35, told it will take just under 1 hour to get it done and slightly more to get the car clean as well. I thought may as well wait for the wash. Around 11:00, saw the car in the parking lot, so I ask whether the car is ready. He went to check and told me that hasn't wash the car and will be within 20mins. 20mins later, he came to me so I thought finally I can go. He then told me there were some confusion with the service department so i ask what confusion. I cannot believe he told me they have not got the replacement part so after 2 hours sitting there for nothing. Part has not been replaced and the car has not been washed. Seriously only telling me after 2 hours of wait????? There were only 2 customers i can see for the entire 2 hours so basically this company is simply incompetent. If I can give no star, I would. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

We bought our X5 BMW from here and the sales experience was superb. The servicing of the car is always a challenge, as was the price of it. Many parts would fail, that was not covered by warranty, reckoning it was wear and tear. Maybe the car was jinxed from the day we bought it, yet we tried. A good clean dealership, free loan vehicles. I rated high, as it was BMW corporate who wouldn't support warranty.

Even 1 star is too much for these dodgy people. Stay away from this franchise. They all are very nice and buttery when its comes to sell car to you but if you get any problem after buying car they just pissed you off. I bought a car from these people 7 months ago and within a month i got mechanic problem in my car. Due to its comes in to statutory warrnaty I took my car to their showroom. They just dont want to spend money on repair and delaying by blaming each other in their team. They all saying that I just got in this matter. My car end up being fix just last week after 8 months. People involved in this are , PIER sales person who sold car, PHILL service manager NEIL sales manager(Hardly do his job properly) SEAN EVANS- GENERAL SALES MANAGER (A worst person in their industry) don’t know how to treat customers. JUST DISGRACEFUL MANNERS. Hope i will not see his face again.

I’ve had many bad experiences when it comes to servicing my car but this one tops it. I was due for a minor service (which shows on my windscreen sticker) but when I arrived at bmw bright and early I was told that my car needed a major service and would cost me $1200 WITHOUT even looking at my car. I told him I would like a minor service in which he said they could do it but they wouldn’t remove the service light that comes up on my dashboard. Their reasoning? They assumed I would sell my car and fool the buyer into thinking I got a major service from bmw. THEN they gave me a loan car which is great only to find that it had 64ks left of fuel in it. To top it off, when I picked up my car I realised that they hadn’t even stamped my service book. When I called to let them know, they said they’ll call me back but never did. In the end, I left this dealership feeling ripped off and insulted. The only positive experience was that the sales guys were very friendly.
