I buy for myself and the business I work for. I had a little job a few years ago and sight unseen purchased material that I subsequently didn't use. I had checked that it was going to be okay to return. I did return it but there  was an issue in processing so I left it in their hands. Having promised to call me,  weeks went by with nothing from them. Three extra calls over the ensuing months and still nothing. I buy our supplies elsewhere these days.
