Had a great experience at Gary & Warren Smith (GWS) Oakleigh. Andrew’s experience and knowledge helped us choose the right car for our family. Initially, I wasn’t sure whether I could get a used or a new car and Andrew worked with his colleague Paul in Used cars and this gave us a good idea of what we really wanted for our family car. We also got good and flexible financing rates from John. Great team work all and thanks for taking care of our family with the new CRV!

Had a great experience a GWS with Andrew. Very welcoming and informative and never pushy - even got a cup of tea. Would recommend GWS highly, everyone there was friendly and professional.

Very disappointing! Thank you GWS Honda for selling me an "old" new car. Just taking delivery of a supposed-to-be NEW CR-V and realised on the day my "new" car is already 9 months old from factory (built Jun17). Shocking! Never have I been told that it is an "old" car and I didn't expect that a model which I was told by the team "selling like hot cakes" and "there is a long waiting list for at least four weeks" would there be a car sitting with the dealership for over 6~7 months. This car should not be selling as new. It is my second new car purchase within 2 years from GWS and I never expected this to happen. I had great experience for my last purchase with GWS Suzuki (note that the car was only 4 months from built to delivery). I would never accept the deal if I knew it is already 9 months old (should have done the first scheduled service on the day of delivery), it's worse than a demo. As I first walked into sales, I stated very clearly I don't want a demo or used car, I was there for a brand new car. No mistakes, they sold me an OLD new car. Very unhappy and disappointing customer...
