Jason from Kia Chadstone put  me in contact with Sam Bird who was absolutely amazing from my first phone call to the time I received my new Kia Sportage.  His service was prompt and Sam absolutely went the extra mile.  They arranged the vehicle of my choice for me literally in a couple of minutes.  I received my new car earlier than planned and the communication from Sam was exemplary throughout the whole process.  

Thank you to Troy Webster who made the understanding and completion of the financial aspect easy.  Your prompt provision of the information in this regard was greatly appreciated.  

I highly recommend Sam Bird and the team from Kia Chadstone for your next Kia purchase.

Had the BEST customer service from Kia Chadstone, especially the sales consultant; Daniel Sherwin.  I went to a few Kia outlet in Melb a couple of weekend ago, but no ones customer services can beat Daniel Sherwin.  Daniel is very professional and diligent, approach customers with dignity and friendly, not pushy like other sales consultant.  5 stars for Daniel Sherwin.

I really didn't go to buy my car today,then I was introduced to Sam. I told him what I wanted and that I was leasing a car through salary packaging at work. He was knowledgeable, professional and happily answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and I now own the coolest coloured Kia Rio in town😉Thx so much Sam Bird.

Just purchased the new Kia Sportage GT line. Live the car. It's an absolute dream to drive. I would like to give a special thanks to Marcus my sales consultant, and Troy my business. They are a major asset to the Kia company. Extremely happy with their service real down to earth and professional individuals who actually want to help their customers.

Dont go anywhere else! Bought my Kia Sportage from Daniel Sherwin and found the whole process easy and transparent. Daniel isn't a typical car salesman and will tell it to you 100% straight! A pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to send all family and friends their way. Thanks guys - love the car will see you for servicing! Deb
