Great service from all the service team @ Chadstone Hyundai. Firstly the tech took my car for a drive with me to hear the issue that l was concerned about. Special thanks to Erik for all his advice and going through great detail and options available to rectify the problem with my ix35. Erik was very knowledgeable and attentive. The after service call received by him the next day was exceptional, great customer service!

I just purchased my second hand Hyundai i20 from the Chadstone centre and I am very pleased to report my positive feedback! Simon is a fantastic person who took care of me and my sale from the get go in a very professional, friendly and down to earth manner.... despite my high demands and expectations (and I mean I am demanding...) he was able to please me enough to make the purchase. So far I am very pleased with the little i20. It has one small issue which I text Simon about, which he called me to address within the hour and has since made arrangements to have it attended to... what more could you ask for? Overall a very pleasant and encouraging experience. I highly recommend Simon to anyone who would like to purchase a car without any deception or drama. A+ + - Lauren.

Great service - Jamie Lo must have a extraordinary amount of patience give the amount of hurdles that cropped up with this purchase. I cannot thank him enough for his help during this drawn out transaction and everything was spot on when we finally were able to pick up the vehicle. None of the delays were anything to do with Chadstone Hyundai and a lessor person would not have been able to cope. Thank you so much Chris

Erik was super helpful when it came to dealing with the service of my old i30. He seems knowledgable and a very decent bloke. Only downside is that thanks to local hoons you can't leave your car parked out the front for early morning pickup on Fridays. And they are not that great with giving you call to let you know the car has been picked up!
