Apple Chadstone

Fantastic example of how to plan the logistics of a seamless shopping experience. When we walked the place was packed and we thought it would take ages. Within moments of getting to the table with the products we wanted we had been greeted and shortly after we effectively had a personal shopping assistant with great product knowledge who took us all round the shop to get the various bits we needed. He checked we weren't over specking and offered a cheaper alternative and explained why. He even did the final payment using the same device he had used all round the shop. Very impressive experience. Highly recommend

I just had the BEST experience at Chadstone Apple! I took my laptop in to the genius bar after I dropped it and cracked the screen. Totally my fault and fully expected to pay for it and for them to need it for at least a few days, maybe a week? How would I cope without my laptop for that long??? They not only fixed it within an hour, but they did it for FREE!!! I saw the invoice and the screen they replaced it with cost $600 so that was quite a saving!!! Every person in there was super helpful and polite. You guys rock, thank you!!! :)

This new store is so futuristic. I thought I walked into an episode of black mirror. There could well and truly be slaves working behind those shiny silver walls and we'll never know.

Nice staff with lousy operations... I've always liked Apple Stores to browse products, but my purchasing experience has never been great and I tend to avoid them now considering they rarely budge on price. All I wanted to do was exchange a product I bought online for an alternative brand of the exact same price. In total, it involved three trips and a 2 week wait to finally get this done – all because Apple was still processing my online order and it couldn't be closed on the system... On my final successful visit, the exchange took over half an hour. During this time (at their new store), the staff around me were constantly swapping buggy payment devices, and my friendly staff assistant constantly required various approvals from his manager. When I finally left I was actually surprised to leave with the new product. It would also be nice if they had 'display boxes'. There were only two of my products left on the shelf, so it would be nice to know I wasn't getting an expensive product that a hundred different people had touched. Here's a photo of the new store.

Pathetic store!! People here are not trained at all. They got my phone formatted and then they told we need ID proof like driving licence, etc. For exchanging the phone. Who does this? Looks like they have hired bunch of newbies who know nothing and are perfectly responsible for degrading the quality of the store.
