Picked up my iPhone 17 Pro Max here and had a great experience. Even though the store was really busy, the staff were super friendly and patient. They helped me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and recognition for three outstanding members of the Apple Store team — Matt Boud, Dani, and Pierre.nnDuring my recent visit to the store, I encountered a rather complex issue regarding my Tax Refund Invoice, which required several specific adjustments and verifications. Throughout the entire process, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care shown by the team.nnFirst of all, I would like to commend Pierre, who initially assisted me. He quickly identified that my case required a manager’s attention and confidently guided me to the right person. His clarity, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility demonstrated excellent teamwork and customer awareness.nnNext, I would like to acknowledge Dani, the store manager. Although she was clearly very busy managing multiple customers and tasks at once, she took the time to understand my situation right away and efficiently arranged for Matt Boud to assist me. Her calm and well-organized approach left a strong impression on me.nnFinally, I would like to give my highest praise to Matt Boud, who handled my case from start to finish. Matt was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. He listened carefully to my needs, found the most suitable solution in the shortest possible time, and even tried to find alternative ways to save me from unnecessary trouble. His outstanding service spirit, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.nnThis experience truly reflects the high quality of Apple’s staff training and the strong culture of empathy and excellence that your team represents. Each member of the team not only demonstrated solid technical knowledge but also a deep understanding of customer needs.nnI sincerely thank Matt Boud, Dani, and Pierre for their exceptional service. Store layout is annoying and not the edgy or cool it thinks it is. No designated areas to buy/return/quickly attend customer service so you have to stand aimlessly around waiting for someone to ask if you want something, utterly infuriating after booking an appointment. Then eventually had to interrupt someone who then told me I was 5 minutes early for genius appointment was told will have to hang around until it’s time, never heard such nonsense. Having to go searching a weird layout store like a fairy forest is so odd for conducting business. Battery replacement which cost 110 dollars and took 1 hour 1.5 years ago, is now 149 dollars and was told will take 3 hours. A clear example of the customer getting a worse off experience and frankly embarrassing that it would take that long for the store. Sit down by a weird tree as worker makes an utter meal out of a simple request that should be a drop off. All part of the continuing sense that your item is now annoying and just buy a new one, is a very childish way to conducting business when the newer products are worse off. Apples MO is to frustrate the maintenance of your item which is poor form and the Apple brand is not what it was. Odd store layout listening to sales people pretending the products have changed. Quickly becoming an embarrassed owner of the product, will try a new brand next time to avoid this store like the plague.
Please go to another Apple Store if you can!nnI came to the Chadstone store to trade in my old iPhone for another product. To make sure I was fully prepared, I visited the store twice beforehand to ask for information and spoke with more than five different staff members.nnOn my third visit, I brought my phone in to officially complete the trade-in. The staff helped me reset the phone and remove all its protection. However, when it came time to purchase the new product, I was suddenly asked to provide proof of residency, such as a local driver’s licence. Since I live here but am not a local, I was told to show a utility bill along with my passport.nnNone of the staff had mentioned these required documents during my previous visits. It was extremely frustrating that they reset my phone before informing me of such an important requirement. I should have asked for a supervisor, but I was too upset and left the store immediately as I did'n't have passport with me.nnVery disappointing experience! it’s clear that many staff members lack proper training to provide accurate information to customers.
