Rude staff who are dismissive and overwhelmed by customers. The store just has too many people and not enough staff. I wouldn’t waste you’re time coming to this outlet - pick any of the others around instead and have a better experience.
Excellent service. My phone charging port was dusty and they cleaned it out for free. Sat in on a seminar whilst I was waiting. Was a wonderful experience and I left with a smile on my face.
It’s my favorite stop in Chadstone shopping Centre always. I’ve purchased more than ten apple products in this store. Energetic staffs with good knowledge are always ready to help you out.nnYou can spend time exploring and experiencing the latest apple products. It’s so enjoyable.
Today they wasted my time after I went to buy an iPhone 16 Pro Max and I waited 40 minutes and then I wanted to pay $3876 with an additional cable. I wanted to pay with a Latitude card which is in my husband's name. I have used the card a lot in all Australian stores for many years and no one objected from any market except that they would not agree to pay with this card and despite the secret number with them and that they wanted to verify it by calling my husband, but they were ill-mannered…..
