Samsung Chadstone

An amazing experience. I needed to take my phone in to be sent off for repairs. The staff member who helped me was so awesome. Me, being the knob that I am, forgot to back up everything from my phone. The staff member who served me helped me back up everything from my phone before organising to send it off to have the screen repaired. He was patient, knowledgeable, and intelligent. The time it took to have the phone repaired was pretty damn good too. Only took around 4 business days.

I wanted to trade online but decided to visit the Chadstone store. Excellent customer service provided by Suzie. She was professional, friendly and sweet. She helped me trade my S20+ for Flip 4. The whole experience was super positive. Thank you Suzie for providing such a smooth experience. Will definitely visit the store in future.

The most incredible service. I had a problem with my S22 mobile where the screen went black and I couldn't access any of my data and had some very special pictures of my father that I didn't want to lose. Alex was just wonderful, dealing with a very emotional and teary customer and doing everything he could to help. I was so happy to get my phone back and repaired the same week and no loss of data. There were tears again and Alex was just so kind and caring! Thank you!

Went into the store only to be told I had to book an appointment to drop in my phone that had a cracked screen and needed repair. Ended up going to a Harvey Norman store that was a Samsung drop off point and the customer service team there happily took the 5 minutes it took to book in the phone on the spot. Honestly it's an incredibly dumb system to have to book a time to simply drop off a device for repair expacally considering they don't even do the repairs on site anyway

*Edit, finally got my phone repaired 2 weeks later! Turns out it was covered by warranty, so don't see why the device couldn't have been replaced in the first place. Was given attitude by almost every single Samsung Employee from beginning to end of my experience. No returned calls or emails from the "Case Manager" and they factory reset my phone while they repaired it too which is an added pain! Took in my faulty Z Flip 4 to be replaced and I was greeted by a greasy, rude, unhelpful assistant called Alex. He would not provide a replacement or even send it off to be looked at because it had a tiny scratch on it. The phone is 6 weeks old and not damaged. When I asked how I could complain he gave me a phone number to call. not very helpful as my PHONE IS BROKEN. Absolutely appalling customer service. Could not give a toss unless I was buying a new device that he would get commission on probably. Guess I'll have to do a karen and complain higher up the chain to someone who isn't a high school teenager with fluff for a moustache that doesnt care.

Excellent service had my S21 repaired under warranty. The phone was repaired within 48 hours. The staff did a smart switch of my data to my old phone. Thanks guys!

Top service at Samsung Chadstone today. I had to submit a phone for warranty/ repair and the whole process was handled in a relaxed yet professional manner by Rayan. Highly recommended as a place to look at and purchase everything Samsung - with great tech support.

Fantastic service. Took my Fold 4 in which had a screen issue. Advised the phone needed to be sent to the offsite repair centre. Screen had been fixed and ready to pick up in four hours under premium servicing.

Absolutely livid. Booked my phone in for a repair on Sunday, and was advised 2-4 business days turnaround time. Reasonable enough. No update on the 5th business day Friday, so called up Samsung's repair partner. Hasn't even been 'assessed' yet, let alone repaired and sent back. Considering it's the weekend, probably won't be looked at until early next week, and then it needs to be sent back. A probable two weeks if not more! without a working phone is absolutely ridiculous for a company of Samsung's size, especially when this phone was bought through Samsung directly and not a 3rd party. And it bothers me that they use an outside company for repairs. If that's the case, why shouldn't I just use a repair shop in a shopping centre that'll probably do it on the spot, and for half the price.

Bought a Galaxy watch 4 from official Samsung online store for my younger daughter as Christmas gift, but it doesn't connect to any of our Android phones in the house. So we brought it in to Samsung Chadstone store to find a solution, but all we got is one condescending attitude after another, they just wave their hands and told us to seek a solution online. What a big difference between the service between my elder daughter's Apple experience and this Samsung experience. The sale Alex is the worst sale/technician person I have met. He should be fired for his lack of knowledge and empathy. They want us to get a Samsung phone! How rude! I will never touch a Samsung product again. No wonder they are going down in sales..
