Nice and bright interior. But customer services was just ordinary. Officeworks used to offer best staff interaction No hand sanitiser at entry. Self serve printing had trouble with eftpos.

I visited this place to take printouts. Black and white print outs are just 8 cents. You can either take print outs of your own or the staffs will take it for you but you have to wait in queue for that. You can buy any items related to art, stationery and office and many more from here at affordable prices. Officeworks are the largest stationery store in Australia.

Staff at this store are always helpful. The website is up to date with in-stock items. I ordered 2 items for click and collect, easy order procedure, they contacted me promptly by SMS and email, very quick and easy to collect the items. The assistant wheeled them out to the car for me without me asking. Easy to find items in the store. Everything is neat and the staff assist readily if asked.

1/5 went here to get some documents printed - I needed to get a witness anyone so I can sign the guy at the desk refuses and said it’s company policy understand I’m in a rush - last year I had no issues here getting a lot of things done but this year the customer service is just bad sad to see won’t be coming back here ! Also I went to stand in line the guy nearly refuses to serve me cause he told me that I was standing in the wrong line ?? Officeworks Carnegie is better

I wish they stayed open until midnight like they did before COVID. It was so convenient to know they were opened late, especially when there was some last minute print jobs hoping to be completed before a deadline the following day. Please bring the midnight closing time again.

Pretty poor experience in store today. After checking Google I see 3.30pm is their busiest time however the stress of staff needn’t be given to customers. I came to the store to print 2 copies of a newspaper article today on which is to be sent to a NSW government contact, one PDF version and one photo in colour. I had difficulty opening the pdf via the self serve print service it just read “mail body” and didn’t include the attached pdf so naturally I needed to get assistance, I stood in line to be served and whilst in line sent the photo first and then the pdf to kindly ask staff if they could help me print from their printers. The lady said “oh your problem is because you sent through a photo”, though I didn’t I sent through a photo to the self serve only pdf, and have records to prove. I felt belittled as a customer, and I didn’t even want to waste my time trying to explain again how I needed assistance because it was beginning to sound like an argument. I left the store pretty shocked. I feel sorry for the lady she seemed really stressed, it’s possible they are understaffed in the printing area. ***After typing this review I see it’s a common problem in this store, when printing was to the right of the entrance I don’t know I’ve ever had a problem before. ***

Pretty big officeworks store with plenty parking. Team members are friendly and willing to help. Overall a pleasant experience there.

Worst printing experience ever. An old lady served me named Karen. I emailed her 30 pages. She double printed pages and missed one. She told that I had to go through all page's and find which one I'm missing and kept serving other people. What a time waster. 1hr wasted. She even tried to explain me why she double printed so I can pay lol. What a joke!!!

The worst Officeworks in Australia, the staff are rude and don't know their products at all.

Good range and reasonable prices, although often lacking desired stock. Amazing staff, incredibly helpful, great Customer Service.
