I am very grateful to the Officeworks staff. Today, I forgot my phone on the cabinet in the box area. The Officeworks cashier was very quick to help me find my phone, and they were so kind. So it's a safe place to shop, and I still shop there.
Not helpful whatsoever, a lovely older woman was struggling to find something and twice they told her “it’s over there” and didn’t actually help her. We had to help her find what she was looking for as another customer who has never been in the store to begin with. Also, more than half the markers have already been opened and used which was frustrating
Worst customer service at print and copy. Waited 2 whole hours to get my folio printed and binded. The girls working there seemed inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. My job kept on printing incorrectly. Worst experience ever. Had to pay the total price for a poor job done after a long wait. Pathetic service.
A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area. Staff at this store are always helpful and Friendly.
Terrible service.nNeeded 100 coloured copies. Three test prints from different printers at the self service station had blue and black marks all over the copy.nTried to point the issue out at the service counter but instead of offering to print them through the printers at the service desk they tried to charge more than 50% ! extra per copy calling it a “service fee”.nQuality: 1/5nCustomer Service: 1/5nPrice: 1/5
