A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area. Staff at this store are always helpful and Friendly.
I am very grateful to the Officeworks staff. Today, I forgot my phone on the cabinet in the box area. The Officeworks cashier was very quick to help me find my phone, and they were so kind. So it's a safe place to shop, and I still shop there.
Not helpful whatsoever, a lovely older woman was struggling to find something and twice they told her “it’s over there” and didn’t actually help her. We had to help her find what she was looking for as another customer who has never been in the store to begin with. Also, more than half the markers have already been opened and used which was frustrating
Lady at the printing station had no idea what she was doing, and made it her absolute priority to not help anyone and be completely ignorant to all customers there. She needs to be fired asap or get some knowledgeable workers working
I received the worst and horrible service from Indian old female staff at print and copy.nShe was absolutely rude!nShe unwelcome us with a terrible attitude from the beginning to end.nShe was not even trying to help or understand what we came there for.nThat was absolutely not the right way to speak to the customer.nI don’t know why Officeworks accept these rude and nasty staff like her who has zero customer service!!nSomehow all Officeworks have very low level of customer service, this is not even my first time to receive this kind of bad service but this lady was the worst for sure.
