I’ve had a DJI drone for few years now and wanted to upgrade it so I went to DJI  Chadstone. On initial Sarah was really nice and professional towards my request and told me all my options including trading in my current drone. The day after I went to the store with my drone and Terence was able to assess it for its value however the drone end up having some connectivity issues. However he was able to give me an amazing discount on the new drone I wanted and ended up saving up more than I could get from trading in!  Overall, Sarah and Terrence are very helpful, friendly and will get you the drone you want with however they can!

I came to get a drone and Joseph sold me the right drone for my needs. He was very patient, and I felt confident in his knowledge of the drones and willingness to find out about the details that could make or break my experience with them such as classifications etc. I can honestly recommend D1Store and hope that any future follow up communications are as just a high standard. We came to the store to get information about what first drone I should purchase. At the time, Jonathon Tor served us and he provided us with excellent service and all the information that we will need. He was friendly and kind and wasted no time in finding the drone I need. I made my first successful drone purchase of the dji mini 3 pro with insurance and I am very delighted with the purchase.

Sarah was amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable and no pressure. Just a really solid experience and at a busy time of year. Would recommend you ask for her although everyone in store was courteous and helpful. Good job.
