Both Dominic and Justin are very thorough and helpful. I highly recommend contacting EB mobile and repairs if you have a problem with your mobile. 

They recently transferred my data from my S6 Edge to my new S8 and transferred photos etc. to SD card that the S8 has and did a factory reset on the S6 enabling me to sell. I realise some of this can be done with smart switch yourself but it was good for me to know this was professionally done with no hassles to me.

They are very reasonable price wise and their after sales service is second to none....always helpful over the phone with any issues.

Terrible service. For example they will not accept eftpos as this incurs a sur charge. Cash only. I had ten dollars and agreed to use that for credit. NO. Minimum thirty dollars cash. Do not go to this incompetent fool.

My s7 screen was smashed and Dominic took care of it all for me! Super quick service, very friendly and professional and very honest. Hard to find a business with such honest people. Thank you for your help! I would highly recommend taking any phone issues here.

Excellent customer service by far. I have never left a review before but this store needed a mention. In particular, Dominic was polite, informative and professional. Everything you would hope for in a customer service rep. He fixed my S6 edge screen perfectly and also replaced my faulty battery. He is an honest professional. I would highly recommend this store and Dominic in particular. Well done, and thank you for your professionalism, kind words and advice.
