I cannot give a zero but one of the worst JB-HIFI I have visited. Just because its the only tech shop in The Glen the arrogance clearly reflects. 

The staff are rude and do not care whether a customer comes back or not. 

Well clearly time to wake up as with renovation new shops will come and there are other options in the vicinity of 10 kms. If you think you are the best please demonstrate  at least basic behaviour on how to look after your customers.

Please do not visit. You will clearly regret it.

Staff does lack friendliness.
But they're very efficient when serving customers. 
I was in and got out real quick after getting what I wanted.
Didn't waste my time.

Incredibly disappointed walking out The Glen , JB store. The staff were incompetent and they could learn a thing or two about customer service :)

Very bad customer experience at the Glen Jb-hi fi. One of the staff there named Josh is very intimidating and rude. He did not care about his customers or willing to help.. His attitude clearly showed that he did not want to be there on a Saturday morning. One of the worst JB experiences.
