Realy bad experience the guy at the shop is very shifty we bought a Remington ladies trimmer this guy said to us you can return it if you are not satisfied with the trimmer it was not a good machine it won't cut the hair well when we came back to return it this guy said we cannot return it to him we have to return it to Remington and pay the postage ourselves we bought it from his shop we paid him the money and now he is saying we have to return it to Remington he didn't mention this when we purchased it he tricked us for just to sell his machine please don't buy from this it will be a lot of hassle harvey norman jb good guys are a good option they will not do this

I have purchased from this store 3 times over the last year and I advise all to STAY AWAY... Thursday I purchased a safety razor and was advised it had blades included, only after getting home did I realise there was no blades included....no big deal I'm not a child I can live with that mistake. (I delt with the owners son) Come Saturday (the next time I could I make it to the shops) I returned to the shop to get blades but decided to change it for a cut throat razor kit. I advised them of what had happened on Thursday and although reluctant they let me change it over. I made sure to ask if it came with blades and the distracted owner said yes... Guess what it didn't ... I called the shop and the owner did not apologise, all he could say was you can't blame us and we didn't do it on purpose... I can't help but wonder what has happened to customer service nowadays, this store certainly has none
