My experience at Specsavers - The Glen has been amazing. Sash looked after me extremely well and was attentive to what my needs were. I was wanting to get my vision checked as it's been a while since I've done that and was also inquiring about particular type of sunglasses. Sash immediately got me in a slot on the same day to get my vision checked and showed me the different range of sunglasses available. I was curious to know what the key differences were with the protection available for the wide spectrum that he had in his shop. He was polite enough to spend 30 minutes of his time. Ultimately I ended up purchasing sunglasses from him, and would highly recommend it. Sash has been extremely professional and caring through out the whole experience.
Recently I had my eyes tested and a new pair of glasses purchased. I have been attending the Glen Waverley store for many years and must say the staff there are always amazing, customer friendly and responsive. No questions or issues are too difficult for them and they are always happy to provide service. Keep up the good work!
One of the best customer service experience I've had when going for my annual eye test. The team at Specsavers in The Glen Shopping Centre were all very welcoming, especially Fiona, who provided a very thorough eye test and an informative discussion over the results. When it came to choosing frames, Vanary couldn't have been more helpful with her genuine opinions and assistance in recommending the ideal frames for my look. I would highly recommend coming here for your next eye test!
Big thanks to the beautiful staff at Specsavers. My eyes haven't been the best for a while but I've been putting off getting glasses for the longest time. Daivik the optometrist was super friendly and eased my nerves, explaining everything thoroughly. More importantly Ricky helped me pick out a cute pair that I might actually wear hehe. Will definitely be back, thank you so much guys!

Just had my eye and ear tests at Specsavers at The Glen. The customer service from the whole team was fantastic, especially Gloria who did an excellent Job in helping me chose my frames
I thought that the lenses didn't fit the frames and that the prescription was too strong. I went back and they retested me and suggested different frames that the lenses fitted into. Can't say thank you enough for the no quibble service.
Had been to Specssavers in The Glen- Appreciate Ricky for his patience and extended help on offers of frames which I thought I missed. I also thank Xin for her customer service and all the beautiful staff of specssavers. I would highly recommend specssavers.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. Level of care and customer service has been 100% and continues to exceed my expectations. The support staff are friendly, caring, supportive, take time to explain options and ensure that the right choice is made when selecting new glasses. If there is a problem, they go out of their way to fix it and nothing is too much trouble. The optometrists are highly skilled, informative, caring and thorough. Their assessments are comprehensive and you get a clear picture of your eye health and how it has changed since your last assessment. If you have health concerns which may affect your vision, this is discussed with you in an informative and easy to understand manner. Things to look out for are clearly explained so that you know how and when to act to prevent further decline. Excellent work team, you should be proud of the service and the care that you provide to the local community.
