First time customer in the store looking for some new foods. Bought some almond butter which cost $18, but I've never purchased said item before so what do I know? Found almond butter in Coles on the same day for half the price. I still had the receipt but the manager was not willing to give the refund. Australian Consumer Law says that Go Vita only needs to give a refund for a faulty product but not if you find it cheaper elsewhere. But the fact the manager said he would rather lose a customer than a sale was really disappointing and a short sighted way to run a business. A positive interaction would have absolutely led to me going back there. He was pretty unfriendly about it too. The worst retail experience I've had in a long time.

Far too expensive. Go to the chemist warehouse instead. Is much cheaper for all supplements

Too expensive, No price tags on products, No description on receipt what you have purchased and No Refund Policy.

Rude arrogant young man running the shop. Complaining about his attitude doesn't help. He is the owner's son!! Boycotting this store. Rather travel the extra miles to another go vita.
