Have ALWAYS found staff to be very friendly and professional. It would have to be 20+ years of my family and I dealing with this store. Nic and Ming have always been outstanding and have been at The Glen for many many years. Laura along with Nic and Ming has exceptional customer service skills. Thanks to all the staff at The Glen past and present for always delivering quality service. The ONLY store we will go to. Thanks again

I have to agree with the other reviewers for this store: appalling customer service. I bought a basic mobile phone from them a year ago as I only visit Australia for a month each year. Therefore I wanted a pay-as-you-go account - why would I pay for 6 months when I only need 1? Everything worked fine for the month I was here. Then, after 6 months of no activity my number was deactivated - with no communication to me to ask if I wanted the number deactivated! How hard is it to send an email in 2017?? When I returned to the store a couple of weeks ago to re-activate the number I was told the only way to do this was to setup a monthly account! So I would have to pay for more months than I actually needed. I was also told the deactivation was my fault because I didn't operate the account properly!!!! The person I spoke to was extremely rude...if this is how Telstra treats customers then they don't deserve any!

I would rate zero if I could. I have been having trouble with my phone for months. I have been in store and spoken to the manager, who couldnt care a less, and on the phone. ..when they answer....and email. Terrible customer service and they will do anything other than help you. Last email I sent in January has not been answered. I will be swapping to Voda phone as I only have 3 months left on my manufactured contract with the same kind of phone for 3 years. Telstra The Glen, you are the worst!

Staff took 20 mins to talk to me, at 5pm wouldn’t help me with getting a new phone on a 24 month contract because it would take too long and wanted to go home.

Would rate zero if I could, she was flat out lying and claimed I HAD to port in a number to get a plan when the Terms and Conditions don't say that anywhere, went to another store and got the deal and a new number with no porting! Steer clear from this location!
