Unbelievable!!!! I signed a phone contract with these guys at the end of last year. These guys overcharge me on my bill TWICE! Tried calling them and the answering machines won’t let me connect to the store at all. Don’t waste your time or money! R U N.

I have been on the phone to them for an hour to get a new mobile connection after being passed on from one customer service person to another.  
Tried calling the Optus Store same problem - no one available to speak to just the automated message

Worst service ever, every question I got , the girl talking to me had to check with someone else. The only thing that they can do is ask you to chat with tech support. Apparently face to face does not work at Optus

signed up with optus 3 weeks ago and disappointed already... called this store number and i could never speak to a person.. why bother putting this store number on then? whats the point?
