Dr Harewood has become my regular Doctor after years of great service advice and professionalism. Really caring and understanding fella who listens and works hard to help me. It's much appreciated I couldn't ask for more from my local GP!!!
I will not forget my poor experience with Dr. Mamta. Upon my recent visit, Mamta was not attentive, did not ask further questions regarding my health concern as my other GP’s would, and judgemental. After the quick session was over, she provided me 3 slips of paper, advised me to take the slips to the receptionist without explaining what to do with the slips. The receptionist equally as confused, attempted to explain what I needed to do with the prescriptions/referrals. Very poor experience especially considering the clinic is in glen waverley. I will not be coming back.
I have no idea what these other reviews are referring to when they say this place is horrible - I have never been more comfortable with a health provider, not only with my GP Dr Harewood, but with the receptionists as well. I’ve never been spoken to with anything other than respect, even when I am asking what I believe to be stupid questions. Though I cannot remember many names, I speak to Emily at the front quite frequently and she has always been so kind, whether in person or over the phone , always happy to help with any enquires. I will admit I have no spoken to any of the other GPs, but please believe me that if you see Dr Harewood, you will not be disappointed.
I have been consulting Dr Luxman since last 9 months,so far it was wonderful experience, Dr Luxman is so kind and helpful during each visit. His help in my early pregnancy is really appreciable, no matter how silly my queries were. I highly recommend Dr Luxman, surely you will not get disappointed. Apart of that reception staff and nurse are also good and helpful.
Disappointed, I had my appointment at 1:55pm and waited for half an hour. Doctor was running 4 patients behind. Missed my appointment and had to leave without seeing the doctor as I had other commitments
The receptionist really need to be taught to be more courteous. I wasn't told that the doctor is not available and once I went for my appt the receptionist very rudely told us the doctor isn't here and appt is canceled, when asked why I wasn't informed she said they wanted to. Then they rescheduled and I wanted to cancel it but I called three different times on the same day and the day of the appointment and no one picked up the phone after being on waiting for 15 mind or so
Staff is extremely rude it baffles me how someone working as a receptionist can be that rude. I did a telephone consultation with Dr Menaka Weeraratne and was meant to get a script. However, did not get it for hours because she hasn’t signed the script and had left me waiting in chemist warehouse for 2 hours. Their staff always calls me early in the morning for a “catch up” appointment???? at 9am on a Saturday even after telling them to not call me on the weekends. Their respond to this too was very rude. Worst clinic ever, do not recommend.
I have been attending this clinic since it opened and cannot recommend how wonderful a doctor Dr.A.Harewood is. The staff at the reception are lovely and pretty much know me as I have to go there often. They have improved a lot in services over time and in having more Doctor's available. Having a pathology lab inside the clinic makes it extremely helpful when in need to do a blood test. I have also seen Dr Skinner, Dr Patchenko and they are both very helpful and were able to help me. I had been also been to see their dietician earlier and found her really helpful too. When Covid-19 happened, I had to resort to telehealth appointments which was good, although I always prefer face to face. Post Covid-19, the clinic is always clean, sanitised and chairs are spaced apart in line with regulations. I love the friendly reminders of my appointment be it a call the day before or even an SMS. Yes there's been a few times when the SMS's didn't come through, but hey nothing to complain about especially if you book your appointment in your phone calendar. This clinic has been a life saver for me as it's near to me, with ample parking and chemists all nearby. Dr Harewood is amazing and so is the clinic.
We have been to this clinic about 3 times. Mixed bag of experiences - One pretty good experience with Dr Andrew. But a pretty bad experience with Dr Gowthri. My child, a boy who hardly sheds a tear from vaccinations since day 1 and has had his tooth drilled and filled with no drama, was seen by Dr Gowthri and left the clinic in tears. Not only that, she told us that he didn't need a second follow-up shot which I didn't think was correct. So I asked another doctor or maybe she was nurse who happened to be at the front desk as we were leaving and she confirmed that I was right and the doctor was wrong. Dr Andrew, however was attentive and informative. Never seen him apart for having a vaccination so I can't say much else. Overall, I do not feel this clinic is very organised and the front desk staff seemed disengaged.
I booked appointment with dr mamta for my son. She was so rude she thinks she knows everything and other people are mad my son got pollen allergy she refused to check my son and said me to go for covid test even I told her he got pollen she was so rude, she don’t know how to talk with people. I will not recommend her never ever.
