Such a positive experience. ! Today i had numerous scans and X-rays to complete. The reception staff were brilliant coordinating everything without many delays in a given time frame and the professional imaging staff were kind and considerate, they also rang the GP to confirm something on the paperwork I would highly recommend Glen Waverley Lumus Imaging
Staff were friendly and efficient, from the receptionist to the sonographer ?[dude that did the ultrasound]. After my gp dialling around with everywhere else being unable to accomodate me on the same day, this place squeezed me in for which I’m super grateful!. Highly recommended!
On two separate occasions my 81 years old father went to reception trying to book renal ultrasound. Staff Ty and Amy refused to book for him because he can't speak English so that he won't be able to answer questions. Whats the questions going to be asked when doing renal ultrasound? Instructions can be easily demonstrated by sign language or Google translate which my father knows how to use. I am so shocked by this branch so publicly and openly discriminate non English speaking people. How often, how many and how long have they did this? It's against Victorian Equal Opportunity Act and Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights. This illegal behavior has to stop!
Quite positive experience here, would recommend to others. They have friendly doctors who are very gentle and mindful of patient’s privacy. Not sure why the low rating on Google but personally i’ve been here more than once but have never been disappointed.
The technicians are very good and efficient. The reception staff will also do well, they do what they need to do and get the job done. Unfortunately, they do not have an extra friendly smile. Parking is very convenient, there are enough brands to stop the old customers.
Not sure why the reviews are negative for this place, I've been twice with both my daughters about different things over the last year and both times we've been seen quickly and the staff are friendly. In and out with films in less than 20 minutes.
Pathetic service when my elderly mother attended for a scan. It was a Chinese speaking practitioner whom was commanding in Chinese the entire session. She was arrogant and rude, was not accommodating at all to an elderly person. After the scan she basically told my mother to "clean up yourself" then walked off to have her lunch without saying another word. I personally don't like to leave feedback this way, particularly to a fellow countryman. However I found the attitude of this person absolutely appalling. She clearly is not suited for a customer facing job for her lack of courtesy and decency.
Very understanding receptionists. Particularly two ladies on the day I was attending. Understood my situation and provided with me solutions to release the pressure. Appreciate it.
Underwent an urgent CT scan at the clinic with Tanya. She was incredibly professional, being my first time I was extremely nervous. Tanya had her experience talk louder than words, and made the whole procedure comforting, it went smoothly and is a testament to the quality of staff employed here. From what I whitenesses, The staff are under the pump flat out, yet remain professional and kind. Thank you for the positive experience.
After months of debilitating pain and no answers I finally had an MRI at Glen Waverly Medical Imaging. I was given an appointment straight away. The supervisor Jeff was not only nice, friendly and supportive but he called my GP during the scan to extend its scope thereby finding an enormous cyst in my brain and the problem causing all my pain. Less than 10 days later I had surgery to remove the cyst and was in recovery. Was it not for Jeff's quick thinking and initiative I would still be without a solution to this potential fatal problem. Thank you Jeff and Glen Waverly Medical Imaging - you saved my life!
