Went to this store looking for just a basic phone cover to protect my new phones screen, the lady that worked there could see I had been waiting to talk to her about locating this item but severed other people before me. She was very slow to react to customers and I got the indication she didn’t really know what she was doing in this department of the technical store, finally after waiting 20 minutes she came to me and asked me what I would be needing to only tell me they had no more in stock and she didn’t even get her RF scanner out to locate which stores would have them in stock. 
I also find most of the time they don’t stock items that are saying are in store on their website and when you get there nothing is available. I think they need a better internet online management team working this store. 
Other times I have found what I needed without trouble but I must say 60% of the time you’d be best calling this store beforehand and asking them if they have the items in store even if the website says it does have. You might find it’s going to save yourself a lot more time in the long run.

Thank Max & Dave ..foir soloving a missing drone l bought . When l was just about to post it interstate   .open the box .ahh .NO Drone .😲😲 
4th trip back to Chase  Forest Hills . These guys organized  delievery before Christmas  .that was Brilliant Guys thank u 👍🏻🙄

The location of where JB HIFI used to be at Forest Hill on level 3 was more better near the cinemas and Timezone while waiting to see a film you could go and have a look at the items there before or after seeing a movie now that JB HIFI has relocated to level 2 where Dimmeys used to be is less convenient!! Don't know why it had to relocate to a different level!
