I have shopped here many times, but most recently I had a loaded pickguard of high quality pickups installed into a strat. The team here really do care about your gear and your experience. Great care and quality work, excellent turnaround times, and great people. If you are gonna spend money on gear you know you are spend it here. Could not have had a better experience.
Online buyer be warned!nnI bought a supposed to be brand new trombone off these people online. They sent me a used one, covered in sctratches and dents.nncalled to complain, they insisted I need to send them photos for 'all' the scratchs. and I did.nnAfter much back and forth, they insisted this was an 'old new' stock, which is not, it's in a used condition.nnoriginally they emailed me a return lable, and said I will get a refund once they receive it, I refused to carry it to the post office to just to get a refund.nnAfter more arguing, they agreed to let me keep the trombone but only charge me part of the full price to reflect the used condition of the horn.nnI am not saying this business is dodgy as a whole, but there are certainly some dodgy people in this business.
I ordered over the phone at the Blackburn store and the staff member was so helpful. The product arrived in store promptly and I was phoned . Highly recommend
Just a small job, My daughter is a new violinist and busted a string on her antique violin.. Chris did a prompt repair job and reassured her that it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.. Cheers
My main go-to music store for many years, staff always friendly and knowledgeable and I like browsing the sheet music in person
