Staff are so friendly and there is a large range of parts and accessories for your technology needs. I can say off experience that Terry is a stand up guy who is straight to the point when it comes to customer service, along with a lot of other team members. I would warn you that not all team members are as helpful as others as that's a given, so know a bit about what you want and about technology if you don't want to buy things you don't need. TL;DR Patient and Great staff and I was scared before I came in because of other reviews but if you're not a tosser, you should be good

Went in and met Terry the champion at the Nunawading store to build my new rig and his service was absolutely brilliant he was nice and patient and spent nearly 2hrs helping me out and trying to find all the right parts that I wanted and needed. Terry thanks mate for the great service your an absolute legend and the other guy's at the store should take some pointers from you on how to give EXCELLENT customer service and satisfaction. Once again thanks heaps Terry! Your a 5 star service and just an all round lovely and pleasant bloke to deal with. Will be seeing you more soon for future pc parts, Adel ❤❤❤

1. Great service, but lacking when it comes to online stock info. 2. I wasn't notified when my pre-order arrived (after 12 weeks waiting), and I ended up having to purchase elsewhere at a higher cost. 3. I enquired about a product over the phone and was told it would be ordered in asap. I called back 5 days later and they hadn't even called their supplier. 4. No calls when pre-orders do arrive. This has happened at least twice. 5. Not the greatest product line. I love Centre Com, but they're just not keeping up with today's demand for current, high end P.C. gear.

EVEN 1 STAR IS NOT DESERVING...ALL THIS COMPANY DOES IS SELL PRINTERS...NO ADVICE...IN ALL YEARS OF PURCHASING PC'S AND PRINTERS...MY WORST EXPERIENCE...BROTHER PRINTERS YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT, PATRICK
