Purchased a ASUS TUF RTX 4090 24G and works amazing without any issues. Unmatched performance. Performs better than a RTX 5080 and only these guys had one in stock. Overall very happy with the product and the customer service!
I visited the store with my mother on the weekend when the store just opened and it was very busy. It took a while to get assistance, but when Josh came around to help he exceptional excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He was not pushy with any recommendations, provided competitive prices and he was very accommodating when I wanted to trial the keyboard, mouse and see the options available. I highly recommend anyone else to come here for excellent products and advice. Thanks again to Josh for the lovely shopping experience and going above and beyond to assist. I will definitely be going to him for my IT supplies!
I had an amazing experience shopping at Centre Com! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I got exactly what I needed. A special shoutout to Huang for going above and beyond—his customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Centre Com for all your tech needs!
Best IT support I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The crew sorted the cheapest, most straightforward solution for me and did it on the spot. Communicated everything to me and left nothing unclear. Will gladly return if a new issue arises.
We visited the store hoping to find a monitor. The service we got was very minimal. You would get much more info just browsing online. Basically the product we want wasn't on display. So you have to pay first, and if the dimensions don't turn out to fit your workspace, too bad, no return. There is also no toilet and they won't ever let you use their staff toilet even when the toilet across the street was closed. I won't recommend coming here.
