This has been my go-to computer store for the past 3 years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I do regularly go for client's computer upgrades and laptops they usually have 50 laptops on display at any one time.nnWhen I needed help with my own computer parts, they have quickly tested, exchanged and refunded when required on the spot.nnThere are not many computer shops with this level of support - for example another well known business took 1 month to get a motherboard checked and exchanged.nnTheir live stock availability feature is perfect and ordering to have picked up in store is a very reliable way to get the parts you need quickly.
These guys are amazing, always happy to help with anything you need. Got questions on the build you’re doing? No problem. Got an item you purchased by accident and need to replace? No problem. Will always be my one stop shop for IT needs.
I have been struggling to figure out all the differences in specs from model to model. I came up with 2 different devices that were virtually identical. Remi sat with me and walked me through the 2 models and helped me do a great comparison. Thanks for helping me future proof my first video editing PC. Great service and great clear communication about what was included Remi! Well done

Placed an order in store for an MSI stealth 16 while it was sale. Rang a week later to get an update as to when I should expect it and was told it was in their warehouse so I should expect it within the next 1-3 business days. 6 days later, I get a call to have them say that it hadn’t arrived and was likely sold to someone else as they needed to get it posted to them from another store. Also the laptop was now out of stock so any chance at ordering another one would be impossible.nPretty disappointing experience. Would’ve been better ordering it online.
