I am the Owner of Computer Age systems and when I read this review i could not believe what i was reading. I have allready searched for a Dave Simpson as a customer and cannot find one and called everyone in my system with Simpson as a Surname. I cannot find who this person is.

Firstly this would never happen, as we pride ourselves on our service and fix any issue's that occur, If you read this Mr Simpson please call me to discuss. Are you sore you have the right shop. call 9874-3333 ask for Greg , and I would like to speak to your wife as well.

Once again Computer Age Systems have provided extraordinary service to my business. Our Epson Workforce pro 5690 printer supplied through Computer Age Systems about 2 years ago, developed a critical fault earlier this week. I contacted Mark Gent at Computer Age and explained what happened and by the end of the week we received a replacement printer from Epson at no cost to us. WOW!
Big thanks to Mark, Epson and all at Computer Age Systems.

Never will l use their service again or my wife for that matter.

We both at different times left our individual laptops for Computer Age Systems to clean out bugs and viruses for us and both times on collecting our devices individually, we paid the service charge, then the sales staff member started the laptop, it loaded to the menu and then collapsed after developing another virus via the stores Wi-Fi.

What really got to me as a customer was the sales person had the nerve and attitude to ask me if l'd like to rebook it in for another service.  You must be joking!

We allowed this store two opportunities and we were ripped off out of pocket $400.00+
