My Mum Gladys spent 4 wonderful years at Greenview Aged Care. She was hesitant to leave her home in Doncaster but it didn’t take long for her to totally embrace her new lifestyle at Greenview. It gave the family Peace of Mind knowing that Mum was getting 24/7 care & she was getting very well looked after.nMum loved all the activities at Greenview she especially loved playing cards, bingo, gardening, bus trip & happy hours.nAll the staff at Greenview adored our Mum & we can’t thank them enough fornmaking Mum feel so very dearly loved & supported. Nothing was ever a trouble.nA very big thank you to a special lady Liv who continued to make Mums days brighter.nMum passed away very peacefully at Greenview & we can’t thank everyone who works at this wonderful Aged Care facility enough. I will miss you all but have cherished memories to keep forever.

They treat each resident as an individual, knowing their names and stories. It's clear they genuinely care.nnThe lifestyle team is equally impressive, tailoring activities to each resident's interests and passions. Whether it's a trip to the Immigration Museum or a visit to a local nursery, they ensure everyone is included and engaged.nnThe chef and kitchen staff are amazing, serving delicious meals that are a pleasure to eat. They're always open to feedback and eager to accommodate special requests.nnWhat truly sets Greenview apart is their commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback from families and friends to enhance their service.nnI wholeheartedly recommend Greenview Aged Care Facility to anyone seeking respite or permanent care for a loved one. My dear sister Lyn was a resident at Greenview for five wonderful years, and my other sister and I can’t speak highly enough of the care and kindness she received. From Kylie, the manager, to the warm and welcoming greeting from Allirah, Hesh, Lydia and the many lovely faces we saw every day – as well as the amazing kitchen staff, especially Shantha; the lifestyle team, Sharon, Liv and Martine; nurses; and personal care assistants – everyone made Lyn feel truly cared for and cherished.nnLyn enjoyed her time at Greenview so much, thanks to the many activities, bus trips, and the special one-on-one moments she shared with other residents. The family was always welcomed with open arms and made to feel like part of the Greenview community. In the weeks leading up to her passing, the care from the PCA's and nursing staff was simply outstanding. They consistently checked in on us, making sure we were eating well and comfortable – nothing was too much trouble.nnHaving been to other nursing homes, I can genuinely say Greenview stands out as a place of genuine warmth and compassion. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making Lyn’s time at Greenview such a beautiful and memorable experience. And a special thank you to everyone who cared for me and my other sister during those final weeks—we are forever grateful for your kindness and support.
We cannot thank Shantha Chef and Liv Lifestyle Coordinator enough for making our private function for mums 96th birthday so very special and extra memorable.nThe room was beautifully decorated the table looked exquisite.nThe food was presented beyond our expectations and everything tasted absolutely delicious. My dad entered Greenview on an Emergency Respite basis. He was diagnosed with end stage kidney disease at the start of the year and lived independlty at a retirement village, but when he deteriorated rapidly in September we had to find somewhere where he could be looked after. Greenview were very accommodating and accepted dad on short notice. Although he was only there for 4 weeks before passing away he was extremely well looked after and the staff were very caring, both to dad and to our family when we visited daily. When he did pass away my sisters and I were met with such love and understanding from the staff, which helped with our grief and the process that followed. I could not recommend Greenview more highly.
