I usually go to Tunstall Coles instead of my local one because it's open until midnight, which is perfect for me after work. That said, almost every time I arrive around 11:45pm, I'm met with resistance at the door and staff clearly eager to close up early. I totally understand wanting to finish on time, but if the store advertises midnight closing, customers arriving before then shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden—as long as we're out by 12, it should be fine.nnAlso worth noting: after 9pm, they often close certain entrances and exits, which feels unnecessarily inconvenient. And while I’m at it, there are a lot of parent-with-pram parking spots for the size of the centre, which can be frustrating when the rest of the car park is full.nnI still shop here because of the hours, but I really wish the late-night customer experience matched the advertised convenience.
One century passed since we arrived. We wait for nearly 50min to pickup. If management team only allocate one single staff for all these pickups, pls just go back to school and learn what does resource management and efficiency means.nnI am still waiting while i post this comment, and other five people. Never come back to Coles again, thanks for made my Sunday night.
Literally half an hour has passed since I asked them to bring me the groceries I ordered to collect.nnI’m still waiting at the front desk.nnEdit: When I picked up the trolley, it was so badly organised that a bag fell to the ground breaking some eggs.nnIt can’t be too hard to do it right.
I recently entered this store last week, never been here before and thought I would visit after football training on Tuesday night. As I walked around the store I found what I wanted and headed the checkouts.nnI was served by a nice young girl named Eva, she was very courteous in how she treated me, Rica was also close by and was extremely helpful.nnOverall just a 10/10 amazing experience, will definitely come back
It was only 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, with about 6 hours left until close. Yet, you were ripping discount tags off like crazy, and I had no clue what was on sale for me to buy. It’s not reasonable to expect customers to shop without any tags. It doesn’t take 6 hours to removes tags of entire store. If you’re that lazy, I suggest you either don’t go to work or don’t bother putting tags in the first place.
