Excellent pharmacy and service. Just spoke to the pharmacist to request some advice about possible interactions between medications, and the pharmacist was thorough in providing recommendations and checking for any allergies/other medications. The wait time is usually no more than 10-15 minutes at off peak times not sure about peak times.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chemist Warehouse Tunstall Square. The customer service is terrible, and the staff are extremely slow. One staff member in particular, who checks bags at the door, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He seems to pick and choose people to follow around the store as if they’re criminals, pretending to be “active” while doing so. The worst part is that he spends most of his time outside smoking and chatting loudly with people from nearby stores. I won’t be returning.

Have found the staff to be friendly and helpful at this store over along period of time. Treat people in a friendly manner and you will probably get the same back.

Trainee Pharmacist was barely verbal or literate. Unable to discuss my needs and refused to dispense what I needed. Dont go here for anything other than vitamins. They have no clue how to talk to people
