Horrendous service at counter. Fast checkout lane light was turned off so customers were unaware that the lane was an express lane until the last second. For my own experience - Woman at counter was rude, she could see us unloading the basket but waited for us to load everything onto the belt before telling us it was an express lane. I notified her that it was not clear as the light was not on and she made no comments or responses and simply ignored us. It's a good thing this is not my regular shopping place, needless to say I will not be back. Would rather make a detour somewhere else.
counter staff always seem pretty rude here. haven’t had an issue with anyone on the floor or at the deli but at the checkouts they’re always just chatting and paying no attention to you.
You can’t image a Woolworth in metropolitan area offers no self check-out machines.nThis Woolworth looks like never been renovated since opening just feels like you’re shopping in a last century’s vintage Woolworth. Not like the modern Woolworth around the area like Doncaster Westfield’s or Templestowe’s.
Staff are great. One of the smallest less modern fitouts. Choices because of this are limited. Presently being re designed and new freezers going in so expecting a big improvement. As of June 2017 a lot if work is underway to improve number of choices and fit out if new freezers etc.
This Woolies is disappointing when it comes to Gluten Free range. Perpetually out of stock on the following Gluten Free items:nBread, bagels, cakes, lamingtons, banana bread, cup cakes, croissants, confectionery and Freezer items that are GF.nI have to keep re routing all the way to Woolies in Templestowe to stock up for my child’s school items.nDisappointing.
