Absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my new Ioniq 5 from Doncaster Hyundai. When it comes to purchasing one of these vehicles, Stan is the man! His product knowledge and communication skills are excellent. Stan spent plenty of time going over the vehicle with me and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend Allan, from the time I sent my inquiry, he immediately called me, and was very helpful in doing his best to find a suitable car for me. The car market is very tight at the moment, so difficult to get in stock inventory. He is very friendly, easy to deal with, good to chat with and a no pressure attitude on selling cars, which is rare to find. Many thanks Alain and hope to reach out in the future
10/10 experience at Doncaster Hyundai. I emailed them initially, and Allan was prompt in responding. I appreciate the down to earth approach. Outstanding service from Hyundai Doncaster. Instantaneous accomodation for a test drive of the i30n model, hospitality during visit was top notch. The sales rep I dealt with, Allan Li, was thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the product, and helped me to negotiate a fair price on my order. Not only that, but Allan has kept in touch with me regarding my order over the past 6 months, updating me on its progress and responding to any queries I have had. Very pleased with Allan’s professionalism in showing us the cars at Hyundai. Was deciding to upgrade to a bigger car so it was between Palisade or the Carnival. Unfortunately a deal didn’t go through at Hyundai just because we needed more space for a car now but Allan was so helpful in the process. Giving us a lot of insight into driving a larger SUV on a daily basis. Thank you to the team, one of the best in town.
10/10 would recommend this dealership to everyone, especially Allan Li - he is super easy to deal with and responds to your text/ email so quickly! The place to be if you're after a Hyundai! More than that car I was really pleased with the customer service Paul had provided. In today's day and age where people have forgotten what customer service is all about Paul absolutely shined! Weird experience. It took about 10 mins of walking around for someone to say hello. No one was busy with customers, they were all at their desks the rep that we spoke to about a couple of models really lacked enthusiasm. We will never visit a Hyundai again after this experience. We went to KIA for a test drive afterwards and they were absolutely fantastic, helpful and upbeat.
Quoted $4000 for a new HP fuel pump, or $2500 for a new non genuine pump. Ferntree Gully quoted $3000 for a genuine pump. Had a mechanic from a Hyundai dealership source a non genuine one for me for $463 plus $40 for literally 15 minutes of his time. Also tired of being told I need new wiper blades, even after installing new ones a week prior. Unfortunately won’t be returning, clearly a stitch up.
