Just purchased my new Pixel 11 Pro from JB HI-FI Doncaster and had such a great experience with Dimitri and the team! Dimitri made the whole process so easy and comfortable. It honestly didn’t feel like we were talking to a salesman—he was so friendly, casual and genuinely helpful.nnHe helped me choose the right option, answered all my questions and explained everything in such a joyful way. I really appreciate how welcoming the whole team was and how they made us feel comfortable and never left out.nnAnd as Dimitri said himself, he really is the handsome and friendly guy in the store! nnThank you so much, Dimitri and team, for the amazing service!

Good range. Staff too focused on the sale commission. Went there specifically to compare two specific phones which they had display models for, however the one without the promo was mysteriously missing from the display despite a dedicated space for it with ticketing and pricing information. staff were trying to talk us and others into the model with the Telstra promo. We were looking at that model anyway, yet others were looking for something much lower end. The customer needs came second to the phone the staff wanted to sell. We ended up buying at Greensborough, got a better deal and more personalised service.

I would like to give a big thank you to Ash at JB HIFI Doncaster Westfield for the outstanding customer service. I came to collect my order just before closing time and picked up the wrong item. Even though Ash had already finished for the day, he stayed back to help resolve the issue with patience and professionalism. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated.nnA special thank you as well to the duty manager, Ken, who quickly arranged for the correct item to be provided. I really appreciate the excellent service from both of you. Your kindness, efficiency, and commitment to helping customers made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Thank you again!

The staff are generally knowledgeable and happy to help without being pushy, which makes the experience pretty smooth. Overall, a reliable store that’s good for both quick purchases and comparing options.

I went in to inquire about a product and request a price match. The staff member who served me — his name sounded like Dean — said, “OK, I’ll have a look,” but then left to serve another customer. I found this behaviour very unprofessional.nnAnother staff member came to assist and advised that they couldn’t price match because the company needs to specify that it is an Australian company and has Australian stock. They said they were unable to verify this, even though the company has an Australian address and phone number. She mentioned it was a “grey area.” Interestingly, the product model number indicates it is Australian stock.nnThe manager then stated that the website must belong to an authorised Apple retailer, but it didn’t appear to be one. I asked if this was JB Hi-Fi’s policy for price matching, and she confirmed it wasn’t. She reiterated that the company must be Australian and stock Australian products. I questioned further: the website is an Australian online store with an Australian address and contact number, and the product has the same model number as the one listed on JB’s website. Doesn’t that meet the criteria? She simply responded, “No, I don’t want to.”nnTo be clear, I would have had no issue if they were unable to price match, provided there was a reasonable explanation. However, the responses I received were inconsistent and dismissive.nnThis is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at any JB Hi-Fi branch. Your staff need better training in professionalism, understanding store policies, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
