Great service by the team at JB Hi-Fi Doncaster. I recently purchased a TV and was assisted by Lucas — he was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything clearly and knew his stuff exceptionally well. He was also able to bundle things up to give a great price at the end. Overall felt very well looked after — kudos to the team there!

Was served by Zeb at Doncaster store. Super helpful on assisting with purchase of TV in our price range. Delivery and installation was arranged and communication and updates throughout was A1. Shout out to Param who installed and spent time with my 91yo mother explaining the working of the TV. Couldn't be happier with the service from start to end.

Because of the competitive pricing, great supporting webpage and great returns policy if the product doesn't  pan out, I use this as my first purchase choice. However, the last time I tried to return an unopened SD card I ran into some difficulty at the desk. After asking for the store manager the issue was resolved but it has shaken my confidence in the store.

Bought a record player and vinyl earlier today. Sales assistant Tom was super helpful and kind, not only initially helping me find specific vinyls and giving me a discount on the player, but also later on as I had to come back in store as I thought the player was faulty. Turns out it was fixable but I wouldn’t have known if Tom didn’t go out of his way to try fix it . Truly went above and beyond, my friend and I rlly appreciated his effort- THANK YOU TOM !!!
