We visited the Apple Store at Westfield Doncaster on Thursday 26/02/2026, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.nnWe were so lucky to be assisted by a lovely and knowledgeable team member, Alyssa. She was incredibly patient and generous in sharing her knowledge, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.nnWe ended up purchasing an Apple Watch and two bands, and we left the store with the biggest smiles on our faces.nnI’ve been an Apple customer for almost 10 years, and I’ve always appreciated how well they take care of their customers, but this experience truly went above and beyond.nnAlyssa, please stay as amazing as you are!

The Apple Store in Westfield Doncaster has a nice setup and quality products, but the service is very slow. It often feels like no one is attending to customers, and the waiting time is way too long.nnYou really have to be persistent and constantly follow up just to get your issue handled, which shouldn’t be the case. Overall, the experience is frustrating and needs improvement.

I went back to the store to have my phone’s screen protector replaced. The staff member did the replacement quickly and smoothly. It’s great to know they continue to provide excellent service even after the purchase.

I came to this store to have the strap of my watch checked. They said there was no one available at that time and asked me if I am willing to comeback on an agreed date and time. I said yes. One week after, I came in 15min before the schedule appointment 3:30PM. They checked me in and asked me to wait. There were two others came after me and waited also. I overheard one of the two had their schedule at 3:40PM. I waited for almost 30min. No one spoke to me again. Worst, the other guy who was scheduled at 3:40PM was already entertained. I left the store and called apple support.nnMy recommendation, based on this experience, is to call apple support by phone instead of going to this store and spend an hour or two of your precious time.nnApple online has resolved my concerns.

Today I had a very complicated problem with changing somebody’s very old phone  to a modern one.  After taking information online, including AI, things were not getting better som I rang the Apple Doncaster Support line and spoke to a female called Karen. She was the most amazing, helpful,  resourceful and patient support person I’ve ever dealt with. Apple employees are always good,  helpful and quite frankly wonderful in my experience but today was quite  remarkable!  Thank you, Karen!!!!
