Great staffs, Philip assisted us pickup the new phone, and iPhone related product purchase. Pick up procedure was extremely smooth, and have a fun chat with Phil as well. All the best.

Staff were exceptionally friendly helpful and attentive! They knew I had a small child with me and they were very mindful of this and even gave my toddler some attention to calm her down as we were waiting for my phone repair. This means a lot! Thank guys! Every staff member they that I met was fantastic in service!

Extremely low in customer service and attending customer. I was not let to enter the store just because they check in 5 min before appointment. However, they left me unattended in the store for more than 15min. When I asked about store manager I got laughed at by Apple representative at the store and no one attend to address the issue. I have two starts because after 40min one of the manager attend upon my request and finally confirmed she will look at this matter. Apple Doncaster needs to consider further customer care trading for their front end staff in the store.

Very disappointing experience. Took my brand new iPhone 14 pro that had a noticeable scratch on the screen with Apple care to the “Genius Bar” not sure who the genius is here as they didn’t fix my issue turns out it’s not covered by Apple care, so it’ll cost me ten times the amount to replace the screen. Dear Apple, this product isn’t cheap and I’ve been a very loyal customer since the get go and have subscribed to most of your services so was expecting a little more flexibility. Since you don’t actually care then I’ll think twice next time I consider any of your products. To the staff at Apple Doncaster, without loyal customers you wouldn’t be employed so maybe next time know your audience.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes before being attended to by a staff member, However after we were served by Mia she was very informative and helpful with me and my partner who were after apple watches. She didn't muck around and we were out within 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Strange how a simple process of buying a phone ended up being a marathon exercise. No shortage of staff on the floor but very poorly managed. Huge number of staff at the reception point but very few actually involved in the process of selling their products. I seriously question the ability of management to organise the staff into useful productive teams.

Had a technical appointment on  Thursday evening. I was quietly dreading what i thought would be an unpleasant ordeal but i was completely wrong. I was attended to promptly on time by extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Staffer Lara was especially professional and friendly. She worked hard to try various things to solve our problem and kept us informed  throughout the process. Lara eventually got us sorted out and I would highly recommend this store and the staff.

First time going to Apple today due to having a fault with my phone. I was looked after by Phillip - he was wonderful. Thank you for your help, professionalism but also for the laughs and smiles. Not only were you were delightful, you rectified the problem. 12/10 service

if the store is understaffed or something then that should be taken care of. I find it funny that if you'd like to purchase an iPhone or new product then you don't have to wait hours at all yet trying to get your product fixed seems impossible. if the time of your appointment is not the time you get to see someone, what is the actual point of having people set an appointment and telling them you won't be able to see them until then???? worst apple store experience and I've been through the some of the busiest apple stores in the world so thats saying something  yes there are different teams for purchasing a product and fixing them but still... they can afford to have enough staff or at least have the decency to not waste people's time

If I could rate six stars I would! From my first footstep into the store where I was greeted with a warm smile and immediate high calibre customer service until my purchase was professionally bagged and was made to feel welcome back any time I must say was one of the most pleasant engagements in recent memory. My virtual hat is off to the team, thank you very much!! All my Apple shopping will be done there now…. Forever
