Terrible customer service, rang to get a price of a repair and transferred to a call centre then back to the store book in, all up spent an hour on phone.nI was 5 minutes late to the appointment due to traffic and it was cancelled. Had to wait another 20 minutes to be served, then sent to the side of the store without being told why. Another 10 minutes later seen again and told to return in 2 hrs. Such a terrible system. Don’t waste your time!!

Very satisfied with the service provided. I have been to Apple store southland week before this. I had an issue with the phone FaceID not working and was not turning ON. I had to drive 3 hours to get there but the representative was not good at all. She didn’t even want to have a look at the phone just did some tests which were already done by the apple support over the phone and said your phone is dead but phone turned on by itself. Asked here about the FaceID coverage she said visit the same store. I have been to Apple Doncaster before very good people and very professional. Apple Doncaster representative was very knowledgeable and professional. She guided me with every single step and explained me everything clearly. Also, she did understood me as I drove from far. They had a look and offered me new true depth camera straight away. Upon seeing her attitude I asked her to replace my phone battery as well. They offered me a replacement phone with no cost as they said it doesn’t worth repairing that one. I would love to go to Apple Doncaster and highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at the Doncaster Apple Store with Mitch on Sat 2nd June. He was very helpful with my broken phone. I was considering leaving Apple to move to another device however his incredible customer service has persuaded me to continue using Apple products. I wish every customer who attends Apple Store experiences the same impressive customer service I had on that day. Thank you Mitch from Apple Doncaster! - Em

i went and they were unable to help/refused to do anything norte that i could do from home, proceeding to telling me i had to buy a new device, even tho my phone wouldn’t turn on randomly. when wanting more assistance wa stole i needed to book another appointment waiting over an hour, because the guy who was “helping” me was about to go on lunch.

Place was amazing. I walked in expecting for a long wait but was surprised to be met with customer service within a minute! I was treated like a person, and wasn’t treated like a statistic unlike other stores do. I was recommended towards things that fit to my price range, and not just told to buy the most expensive things as other companies do. My server Matthew was kind to me, as well as understanding of my needs and treated me with trust and fairness. The patience I received from him was immaculate, as I did ask a lot of questions. All members here were so friendly to me. Thank you Apple and Team!
