Our household purchased a new iPhone and watch today. The setting up service provided was shocking. The person was looking after 7 customers at once. Of course unable to do his job.

The staff at Apple Doncaster really saved my bacon. Out of the blue my six year old MacBook died. Being the age it was I decided to buy a new one. It was initially unknown what could be salvaged but much to my relief, a team effort resulted in my data being transferred across. Grateful thanks to Lukas, Steve, Michael and Tyler.
My phone wouldn’t turn on, so I took it to this store. Their so-called “technician” told me the problem was the battery and replaced it. The phone worked for a couple of days.nnIn a couple of days, while we were travelling, the phone died again and wouldn’t charge at all. I was left without a working phone during my trip because of their incorrect diagnosis.nnWhen I returned about a month later, I took the phone back and asked them to properly check the issue. After “checking with the technician,” I was again told the problem was the battery — until I reminded them that they had already replaced it. Only then did they change their story and say the battery was not the issue and that the problem was with the internal board and replacing it would cost us more than the price of a new phone!nnDespite clearly misdiagnosing the problem and selling me a completely unnecessary battery replacement, they refused to refund it. No accountability, no professionalism, and a total waste of money.nnExtremely frustrating experience. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.
After a recent watchOS update, my Apple Watch battery life dropped suddenly from lasting 8–9 hours to only 3–5 hours.nnBefore I could explain this, the staff member rolled her eyes and repeatedly focused on the age of the device and battery replacement rather than listening to and addressing the issue I raised.nnThis experience did not meet basic expectations for professional customer support.
