Typical Aldi store of the pre-update type. Ample underground parking with lift access to the store.  Helpful staff. Registers monitored and extra staff added as necessary. Part of a street level suburban shopping precinct with banks, bakeries and many other shops.

The worst aspect is the stairs from the underground car park up to Macedon Rd. The stairwell is a disgrace. Rubbish strewn, doubtless used as a toilet, piles of leaves from last autumn, and graffiti. It reflects badly on Aldi and particularly the store manager.

It annoys me they dont help pack your groceries and they want you to do it after check out. I have small children and this is so stressful for me.

Staff are great but I just wish that at the check out the staff could tell the customer to pack their bags at the bench and not take their time packing bags at the register, it is so annoying and inconsiderate that I would suggest staff move them on and instill in them (the customer) that the store policy is to pack your own bags at the bench... and I am just talking about the trolley loads not the few items in hand.

Medium sized store set up as traditional Aldi store. Not much parking at ground level but there is a reasonable undercover car park not many people know about. Good for a quick shop.

Aldi. What can I say. An older shop, so looks a bit like an abattoir. Otherwise fine with the usual repertoire.
