Went in at 4 pm today . 6 people in queue waiting to be served . Not a very busy time at all tbh today  but drivethru was constant as they are everywhere . 
I placed my order ( very simple and quick an  m n m mcflurry and a soft serve ) This macdonalds needs  to  have staff doing  refresher training  as no one was taking charge  and management that were seen werent taking charge of the situation .  Staff were going around in circles 
I waited 32 minutes after my order was taken then asked how number 155 was coming along . The staff were up to # 160 and # 155 was not called in the time i waited  . I was asked what my order was and the same lass only served 3 ppl after me and couldnt remember my order !  Very poor customer service  on a whole and  lack of organisational  skills !!!  
I i were the owner/franchisee  of this particular macdonalds store i would be extremely concerned . Good Luck

I recently purchased a vehicle storm guard cover to protect my beloved classic Landcruiser. Both were damaged in recent hail storm Dec 19th. Manufacturer refused to replace. Autobarn Doncaster decided to replace the cover at their own expense and without obligation. Excellent service, professional and friendly staff. We are long time customers and will continue to support.

I needed a new headlight globe installed in my car and all the men in the shop were absolutely lovely. They could not have been anymore helpful. I didn't realise that they provided a service like this. I had previously been to the dealership and had been fobbed off. BTW you would need to be a engineer to replace the globe which I am not! However I was very glad to have stumbled on this wonderful service and lovely young men !
