First of all, I would like to thank for all new sales and service crews from Silver Star Mercedes Benz Doncaster for my buying new C300 experience. This great buying experience that you will never get it from any other dealership. Bought the car with Benny, fantastic sales manager that let you feeling you are experiencing to buying the asset is really for your needs with the price you are happy and wish to pay. He will do his best as for your wishes deals and that is the difference from other dealership will not make it for you. Believe it or not, just visit, make a booking for test drive and experience it with them... you will just buy the car but maybe when you are just browsing it. This is a absolute right place to buy the car and you will not need to see other dealership or even to see other brands of cars as wasting your precious time. Also met the Benny’s boss Jerry. A great guy to look after you for further deal needs. If you really want to buy a car, make sure you come to see them. just like do shopping with families. It is feeling nice and easy to be well looked after... For the day of picking up car puchased experience, the service and finance team will give you all the best service to suits what your needs for your car. You will feel that you are enjoying to buy a prestige car with a real prestige service that you should deserve.

Bill Yu provided the best customer service I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. He was very patient with us as we were asking a lot of silly question. He makes sure we understand and know the different features in the car we were looking at. Very trustworthy. Not pushy at all. He was so good I recommended him to my sisters. Our family end up buying 3 cars with him within 2 weeks. I recommend you see Bill if you want that extra service when buying a car. He went above and beyond. He even help me with insurance question on his day off. The girls at the reception is also very friendly. Thanks for looking after us with drinks while we were waiting👍🏼 We have great and memorable experience!

Bill took me for a test drive on the CLA and explained many functionalities the car had and was patient with any questions I raised. The best part was probably I had a reasonably good price for the car I purchased and the transition of trading in the car was really smooth and took less time than what I expected. Very happy with Bill’s service. Thanks

Excellent service. Our car broke down with air leak coming from pneumatic suspension. Vicky from the service department quickly identified the problem and got our car repaired within one working day. It was amazing effort and the car was as good as it was before. We thanked Vicky excellent and dedicated service.

It was a really nice experience dealing with Bill Yu from the Silver Star Motors Doncaster. He was really patient and very helpful during the process of me getting a new car. He answered all my questions and doubts and explained the features of the car really well. I had an overall positive experience with all the staffs there. I will recommend my friends who is looking to buy a Mercedes to talk to Bill.
