Had a surprisingly very positive experience with Doncaster Holden. Having been a bit skeptical of car salesman I was reluctant to visit a car yard, but from the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but respect and courtesy. The service I received from Serge and Nick was second to none- even when I changed my mind re trade-in at the last minute and new contracts had to be made, nothing was a problem. The process from sale to follow up was all professional and friendly. Would happily recommend this business to others and expect to do business with them myself again.

I have been dealing with Doncaster Holden for 14 years now and I recently bought car number ten from them.  I must say, everytime I have had a dealing with them the service gets better and better. I have dealt with Stan on most occasions but this time I was dealing with Serge and he was fantastic. They are both professional and honest and anyone would be lucky to deal with them. Thanks guys for all your help over the years. Also, a special mention to Nick for helping me out with the finance on the vehicle.  You were also a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a Holden Trax a couple of months ago from Doncaster Holden and could not have been happier with not only the customer service prior to purchasing but also the service after making the purchase. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make you feel extremely welcome. The follow up phone calls to make sure I was happy with the car and all was going well showed the dealer takes after sales service seriously!  I would definitely recommend anyone looking at purchasing a new car to visit the wonderful staff at Doncaster Holden.

Late last year my partner and I purchased our first brand new car from Serge at Doncaster Holden, a 2015 Holden Commodore SV6. The car has been fantastic and has already taken us back and forth from Adelaide and on a number of other country runs.  I was incredibly impressed by the customer orientated nature of the sales process and the lack of any unpleasant pressure tactics that are so often part of this sort of transaction. In fact, so impressed was I, that when a second car was required I went straight to see Serge and the team at Doncaster Holden.  I am now the happy owner of a new Cascada convertible, a beautiful car that shows that Holden really do have a solid plan moving forward.  Serge will receive my personal recommendation whenever my friends or family need to upgrade and I can assure you all that I will be back to see him in a few years when new car time rolls around once again.

Hello I just purchased the new Holden Trax and collected my new car last Friday night 26.6.15.  I am so thrilled with my purchase and just love the new car.  Andre who assisted me throughout my purchase was wonderful, very helpful and covered all aspects of purchasing my new car from Doncaster Holden.  He was very friendly and provided fantastic customer service.  This is my second purchase from Doncaster Holden and I loved my previous purchase of the Holden Cruze Hatch. Bought a used car from Doncaster Holden. The whole process was quick and seamless. James was very professional and knowledgeable, and a refreshing change from some of the car dealers i have dealt with. The car I bought was very well presented, in excellent condition with full service history. James offered to give me a call once he gets the cut polish paint to remove some of the scratches.Having quickly looked over their stock, this seemed to be symptomatic of all cars on the premises. As someone who works in the automotive industry I would certainly recommend dealership direct to anyone looking to buy new or used car.

I just purchased a new Holden Colorado from the Team at Doncaster Holden. Serge was excellent to deal with throughout the whole deal and I felt comfortable throughout . Also Stan who I had purchased my wife's car last year is also excellent to deal with. So if you are in the market to purchase a new Holden you cant go past the dynamic duo of Serge and Stan. Had the pleasure of getting my new car delivered through Doncaster Holden.  Throughout the entire purchase process, Serg and Nick helped me, who were very professional and showed genuine care.
