Andreas in the service department was so great to deal with. My new Evoque needed AD Blue and a service upgrade and although the loan cars were booked, Andreas really helped fit into my schedule getting to and from the center, he even stayed back so I could pick it up the same day. Rip off merchants and liars who give mechanics a bad name. Their customer service was 'okay' but when they found a leaking fuel injector cylinder during the service they quoted me $3,500 to replace it because 'the attached fuel lines would also need to be replaced'. After calling 3 separate Land Rover specialist mechanics I was told repeatedly that the part to replace only cost $500 and that the fuel lines do not need replacing if care is taken when removing them - it was simply scare tactics to overcharge me. All up it cost me under $1,000 at Rova Range in Bentleigh to replace the cylinder. Disappointing that they would rather lie to their customers and overcharge you than be honest and keep you coming back as a loyal customer. You'll find much more capable and reputable specialist mechanics elsewhere.
