I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Doncaster BMW Used Cars. I recently bought my first BMW from Craig. He took the time to listen to the type of car I wanted and why. He went on to provide excellent advice that ensured I bought the right car, for the right reasons. Purchase was smooth and the handover was great as he explained the ins and outs of my new car. I had the pleasure of buying my 335i from Bmw Doncaster, all the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating! Especially Craig Hendrickse! The whole process was smooth and easy.

Jenny Wang is an absolute professional and an invaluable asset to the dealership and BMW Group. Her knowledge of the brand and all its features as well as her ability to give customers genuine practical advice differentiates her as far more than a consultant; more so a trusted advisor when buying a car. She was extremely succinct and thorough when going through all the features of the car, her knowledge and expertise was truly incredible.
Turned up unawares on a "sale" day which was admittedly busy - and I had been at work so perhaps was dressed overly casual - was willing to wait and did so for 40 mins....however, lost interest when 2 customers who logged in well after me were served before I was even looked at, let alone engaged by a salesperson. I buy cars regularly for work and never been treated in such a disrespectful fashion...so ended up buying 2 cars from the Mercedes dealership across the road. An arrogant, pompous dealership is the overriding impression I am left with. Emailed them to advise of my lack of service and never got the courtesy of a reply....won't darken their door again

5 star for customer service. Just a little bit disappointed about service or maybe I spect too much but when you spend 1400$ for your motorbike to be serviced you don't expect to see dust and dirt all over it. A quick wash would make your customers happier.
