I have used Symes in my previous repair to my car and was assessed by Barney. This morning I had a small accident and met Barney again. He is so honest and say that all I needed is a polish and buff. As I know nothing about repairs I found this company to be both honest and courteous when we are most upset about our vehicle. They don't show respect to their customers  they lost my key, asked me to bring my spare key and never accepted that they lost it, until my insurance called and followed up. Poor quality and returned the car with many more scratches on other sides. Don't trust them, take lots of pictures before giving your car to them. They are not honst any more.

Just got our vehicle back. Thanks to the staff and team they where upfront and professional about repair dates and had great customer service when calling. Thank Barnaby and team!

Attended workshop after a minor bingle with a fence, which broke a plastic part on my car. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had my car in right away and the repair was completed in no time at all. Highly recommend their services. absolutely wonderful help and kindness was shown to me when I was in a terrible stressed state with a flat tyre. I have booked the front bumper bar repair with them after my Audi got hit, Poor workship, not only left extra painting drops on my Bonnet which is not damaged part, also scratched one of my wheel rim looks so fresh, but they don’t acknowledge it, the scratched rim is the only photo they can’t find from their record , after they brought my car out, the interior looks so dusted, feel like they opened up my window and parked somewhere for long time. Please bring your car to proper approved repairer, not Symes!!!  If you really have to fix issues with them, please remember you take enough photos every where before handover the car to them, in case they don’t admit further damage they caused. Had a couple of small jobs done at Symes and very happy with them. RACV approved. Large, modern tidy work shop, very professional looking. Parking in front, comfortable lounge with Espresso machine whilst you wait. Wayne helped us this time with getting a quote. Pleasantly surprised at how quickly the quote was done, it was already in my inbox by the time I got home.
