On public holidays, people are usually very motivated to work – after all, it’s for the money. I went to many stores on Boxing Day, and none had as bad an attitude as Kmart. The store was in a horrible mess. When I asked the staff for help, they were indifferent and barely responsive. This is the worst Kmart I’ve been to so far.
I made click and collect order number 444913521 today in order to spend less time at kmart as I have a toddler. My husband queued up at the service desk, where the queue sign was. I had to go to Aldi and my parents had to look after our daughter outside Kmart. A second queue formed at the desk and away from the sign. The two staff members at the desk kept serving the incorrect queue, while everyone that queued up properly at the sign waited. When my husband and I spoke up on two different occasions we were both dismissed by the staff. Then one of the two boxes we ordered was clearly damaged and punctured. We asked to swap it with one that was in a good condition and they gave us the one that wasn't damaged at all. So because it was a click and collect order, they thought they would get away with giving us a damaged product. Moreover, the point of a click and collect order, to save time, was completely defeated, because we had to wait for them to serve the wrong queue and then pick up a good box. I'm so upset that they didn't treat us properly when we were following the rules and did the right thing and that when we spoke up because it was taking a long time to serve us as they were serving the wrong queue, they completely dismissed us. And to make it worse, one of the boxes was damaged. I'm so disappointed at this particular Kmart, but I'm open for a chat with the store manager.

Converted my “return item” into a e-voucher 030189588780121984751598 credit at Kmart Pine on 07/08.nThe initial credit amount on the voucher was $15 and I used it to purchase 2 items on 2 seperate occasions.nThe last purchase was yesterday 13/08, the transaction was done at the service counter. The service counter staff advised me that I still have a balance of $4.75, and on which she wrote the said amount.nWith the credit balance on the e-voucher, I went to Kmart Pine today to make another purchase but was surprised when the male service staff told me the balance on my e-voucher was $0 and he added that another customer had similar experience with their e-voucher balance.nTwo things could have happened;n1. The electronic cash register made a boo boo orn2. The balance was cashed out and pocketed by the service counter staff just I left the store and the balance on the e-voucher was then entered as $0.nPerhaps Kmart Pine could offer a plausible explanation?
Good price for living. Found the Fugglers are very cute
