On public holidays, people are usually very motivated to work – after all, it’s for the money. I went to many stores on Boxing Day, and none had as bad an attitude as Kmart. The store was in a horrible mess. When I asked the staff for help, they were indifferent and barely responsive. This is the worst Kmart I’ve been to so far.
I love this store, a good variety of goods I need, easy to browse, fast self check outs, friendly staff and convenient parking available always
Kmart. It's a retail icon of Australia. Been around for ages, at least since I was a kid in the 90s. They've recently revamped their image a bit. What hasn't changed is their focus on value for money. When everything is getting more and more expensive, they still have things that sell for spare change.nnThe Kmart at Templestowe does seem a bit short staffed but then again everyone is recently. They've saved us on more than one occasion with their convenience, we're happy to let it slide every now and again.
I bought a coaxial cable 30 minutes ago, but when I went home I found it wasn’t suitable and tried to return it. Kmart refused to process the return because I lost the receipt. Even though I had the bank transaction record and exact purchase time, they were unwilling to help me locate my purchase in their system, and they don’t provide an electronic receipt. In other stores, such as Bunnings, if the same situation happens, they can always find my receipt from their system. This feels very unfair for consumer protection.
Ordered a photo for store pickup, but they do not adhere to their opening times. You took the money and sent me a notice to pickup with your hours, please be open to give me the photo.
