Super helpful staff, lovely people. I went in today trying to find a book, but I couldn't remember the title or the author, and they tried valiantly to help me. I felt quite embarrassed but they were perfectly charming about it. I only figured out later what book I was looking for: Carmel Bird's Telltale, with a peacock on the cover. But I'll always remember how helpful they were. Cheers

Dymocks Doncaster isn't too bad. Dymocks has a lot of books and being in Westfield is pretty convenient to shop in. Though some of the books like their David Walliams books you can find cheaper at Kmart which is in Westfield. Did you know that if you download the Westfield Plus app you can get two more hours of free parking if you provide your licensed plate? We tried it and it worked! Also, you only get two hours of free parking at Westfield in Doncaster. Also, you can use an Australian Bookshop Association voucher at Dymocks. You have to spend it in one go though. Also, we got a free frisbee!
Such helpful, knowledgeable staff able to give me advice on books for me & books for toddlers too. They have an excellent range of books, with reasonable prices, plus they're willing to order books in if they don't have them already. A deposit ensures I will get what I've ordered & they contact me when the order arrives. Being a member of their loyalty program has benefits too. They also have the option of being able to exchange books that are gifts. This is a wonderful help when buying for other family members or friends. Parking is plentiful at Doncaster so no problems there. I really enjoy shopping for books here.

Staff and service fantastic, I have been a customer for many years and this has never changed, nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
The staff really helped when in need and full of knowledge and also wide variety of books and offers.
