The store was well organized and the cashiers were very officiant and friendly and they knew their books well

Friendly and knowledgeable staff but a small shop with a range of overwhelmingly mainstream paperbacks books. Hard to find recent releases. Westfield doesn't have a truly good bookshop but this is the best there is.
