I love how the pet products section is so huge! It has so much more variety than other Kmarts! I also love how even in 2024 it still has a garden centre with lots of amazing plants and flowers to choose from.
Really poor customer service. I was trying to return a microwave I only used once and cleaned and put all the in the original package back in place. The staff said it’s disgusting if someone else to buy it. The attitude is just no caring. I have been honest and how do you tell if it’s been used or not?

Their home brand products are fairly reasonable and good quality.nnVisited on 6/8/2022nnI have not been to this Kmart store for years, because there was a smaller one near my house. Furthermore, my home is well established, and nothing is ready for landfill.nnThe Kmart store is no longer a retail outlet; instead it is for online pick-up.nnKmart Burwood is a very huge store, very bright and well stocked. Besides clothing, bedding, it also sells electrical appliances, electronic accessories, home office needs, and even a garden centre.nThe staff are helpful and friendly; my wife and I enjoy our shopping experience. The proof is in our bill of purchase.
Buy a bed sheet set from the store. Then found that it isn't the right size. When asking for an exchange for the right size, I was told that it can't be exchanged for the required size. The reason is it is a company policy that it can't be exchanged once it is opened.nnIn the past, I had exchanged similar products. Now, it introduces a policy without any sign or notice near the products about this new policy.nnThe shop's argument is the policy is published on their website. But who will check the company's website on these kind of policy?nnIf you don't allow for exchange, post a notice near the products that can't be exchanged or returned.nnWhen asking the store on what can I do with the product, I was suggested to resell it on Facebook.nnWhat kind of company policy and suggestion are these?nnSo, my suggestion isnDON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE STORE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY SURE IT IS THE RIGHT PRODUCT!!!
Absolutely dreadful experience. The staff on the self checkouts tonight 4/5/2024 need retraining. If you have two lanes setup for self checkouts, don’t operate it as one lane and then lecture people for “pushing in” when they are at the front of the lanes YOU setup AND after you looked at the person and pointed. I don’t have an employment contract with Kmart, if you’re not happy with how I’m doing your job for you how about you pay me to do it as a casual employee or bring back manned checkouts.nMust’ve been a shortage in the talent pool for casual labour this month….
