BIG W Box Hill

Good service staff. Did a telephone order for a PS4 pro during their offer period, and the customer service staff at the electronics section (can't recall his name) packed all the items neatly in a big bag ready for me to carry off when i arrived. I also noticed this store has more items which are usually sold out in other Big W stores, for example I bought a 31.5' DGTEC LED TV here when all the other Melbourne stores are unavailable.

Generally has what I want. Plenty of great deals but they always run out of stock on the super specials. Overall, it's still my go to place for great collection of cheap clothes.

Generally has what I want. Although every time I am in there I have the suspicion feeling that staff are constantly watching me like this I'm going to steal something. Besides that the front staff are lovely and very helpful, can't say the same for the floor staff. As for the kinda wog guy that works in electronics behind the desk, my girlfriend said he would stop staring at her boobs and was utterly useless. I went in a few days later and he asked me if I was looking for something then just straight out asked me if I was going to buy something or not. Great collection of nerf guns and presents for kids, cheap clothes

I was at BIGW photo shop and was greeted by Deep, such a great worker and service is absolutely superb. I have no idea of how to print a digital photo and he patiently help him from start to finished. Great staff and well done to BIGW to have such staff. Thanks again Deep.

I just been here for easter Holidays and I visited to Big W at boxhill in entertainment Department the Indian Guy who serve me I think his name is Dip or Deep was outstanding. He knows about every product they got there in his department. He was so polite and Customer service he provide us was incredibly amazing. More store need a knowledgable staff like him. Been there for buying a play station for my son but end up buying Few more stuff lol. Surely every staff there is nice but I only deal with him. Store has a loads of new stuff. Fully Recommend by me. I ll go back. :-) Thanks Deep
