Coffee is fantastic but like most places in this chain is struggling with the drop in quality from the supplier of the pre-ordered Cakes. Their homemade Carrot Slice cake is their best cake to have with coffee.

Michels needs to help their franchisees survive. Too many are closing down.

Although the cakes are delicious... So disappointed as the staff is very disorganised.. for the 2nd time i pre phone ordered a cake asking for a 'happy anniversary' label on it,charged me over the phone at the time of ordering still they couldn't keep a label even after ordering it 3 days before.. should know how to look after your customers..rather loosing them..
